It's right where everything is, beautiful to chill if you don't feel like going out. They have lockers and a super connvinient extra hidden space close to your bed. Amazing place to stay even for one night

This unit was sparkling clean and had all the necessaties we needed. The unit is near several late night food spots and is a 5-10 minute cab ride to the city center. The host, Chim, was extremely hospitable and even linked us up with a private driver that took us to Doi Inthanon (1.5 hrs away) If I return to Chiangmai, I would stay here again!

Chim was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome and looked after. The apartment is stylish, quite and bright. Great space and amazing stay. Thank you

2度目の訪問です。フロントスタッフとは顔なじみで気さくに話してくれます。コスパもロケーションもよくお気に入りの宿です。ひとつ問題があるとすれば、前の道路が深夜まで騒がしいことです。もう少し防音対策がなされれば最高の宿だと思います。

因为是晚间航班，过了规定的入住时间，和房东沟通之后，有安排员工接待，入住很顺利。位置很方便，去周六夜市或者周日夜市都可以走着去，打车定位也很准确。早餐虽然简单，但是味道不错。住宿很安静，房间比想象中大，进大门就要换拖鞋，所以里面很干净。洗浴设施好用，不过没有肥皂，还好自己准备了。房间里两张床，有一个床架似乎有点问题，稍微动一下就很响声音。有个缺点是住在三楼没有电梯，最后走的时候，自己搬行李比较吃力。总体是不错的住宿，性价比很好。

Nice flat, everythink we needed. Close to Loy Krathong festival and Warorot market. 15 min by foot to city center. Supermarket and thai restaurant near by. We get every day nice thai breakfast.

非常好的房东，友善、热情，期间感冒，房东热心推荐药房，给了定位，超级暖心，感谢🙏房屋非常干净，卫生间最赞，空间大、热水舒服，公用厨房物品齐全干净，非常方便。房屋位置也很便利，去哪都很方便，房东还热心推荐附近当地美食，超级好吃，还提供攻略，暖心得像家人一般，非常感谢。闹中取静的好地方，强力推荐，再来清迈时一定是我的首选，谢谢亲爱的房东，祝一切顺利，天天开心😊

我们是老俩口，原想可能有很多不便。但一走进这个“家"，感觉非常温暖，非常舒心。房东俩口都是个热心人，热情好客还略带腼腆。有求必应（当然，你不可提过分要求呵😀），对我们照顾得很周到。免费提供的早歺十分丰富，每天都有不同菜品，泰国歺在"家”里就可以享受了，不必上外面吃去。咖啡饮料，矿泉水满足，每天泡上一盃，很惬意。地址瓦洛洛，肉菜水果市场都只300M，长住生活十分方便。距离古城也几百米，一迈腿即到。本来过冬签证两月，觉得很舒适又延签三十天。一切都是房东全程助力办的，省了好大的心力，房东确实是个真心实意做事的人。今后有机会再到清迈，我一定会坐我这个"家"。也向到清迈玩的朋友真心推荐。

Great for the price and the property is beautiful. The room was right behind the restaurant next door and there was some construction happening during my stay, but with the ac on you could not hear. I was left without linen on the bed and slept directly on the mattress topper. I’m sure that if I had asked for it it would have been provided but I only realized that close to my sleeping time. Either way it’s a recommended stay if you want a nice surrounding and a great cost-benefit exchange.

很棒的guest house。在古城的西北角，周围有3个很近的711…毕竟清迈711的奶又便宜又好喝😬房间很干净，双人床很宽也许能睡下三个人，房东那里也有各种旅行服务提供和咨询，总的来说是一个很棒的体验👌

院落雅致，房间干净，小猫咪超级可爱；地理位置非常好，去哪里都很近，超值🥰

I am so happy I found this place! The location is wonderful, right on the edge of the old city and still inside the square. It’s on a busy road which can be noisy but you cannot beat the location. 7 minute walk to Buak Hard park!! The host was amazing. I arrived after midnight and he was there to help check me in. He also helped me with the washer and dryer and printed off my visa documents for me! Truly an exceptional host. The balcony is awesome. So much seating and an outdoor kitchen with a free water station. There were multiple bathrooms and shower stalls to use. You get a 75 baht credit for breakfast at the cafe downstairs that had wonderful drinks and food! You can also store your luggage while you wait to check in and the washers and dryer are very convenient! The price was also very reasonable and it was easy to extend my stay! I would definitely recommend and consider staying here next time I’m in the area.

We really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very spacious and clean. The host is also very nice. If we have a chance to come back to Chiangmai, we ll definitely book this place for our stay.

We loved it here. The two bedrooms were lovely and were very comfortable. The rooms felt very private being on the top floor. As soon as we got there we felt right at home and it is in walking distance of the old town. The hallway between rooms and bathroom gets very hot because of the big windows but this isn’t a problem as the room’s air conditioning works a dream! Would 100% stay again!
