All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

Nous avons passés un super moment, le logement était très agréable, grand et lumineux, ainsi que l’extérieur avec la piscine. La Clim est présente dans toutes les chambres et le salon et chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain privative ce qui permet d’avoir de l’intimité pour tous les couples. De plus nous avons pu déposer nos sacs à 11h au lieu de 15h ce qui était très gentil venant de notre hôte. Tout était parfait.

사진보다 실제가 훨씬 더 넓고 좋았습니다 호스트인 Bo씨도 정말 친절하게 정말 잘 대해주셨어요 치앙마이는 처음이고 대가족으로 가는거라 숙소가 이상하면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 완전 대만족입니다 주변에 레스토랑이나 슈퍼 편의점 같은것들도 다 가깝고 안전한 장소였던거같아요 대가족이나 인원이 많다면 꼭 추천합니다!

很高兴认识了房东Roxy小姐姐，一个非常高能量的女孩。会给我们介绍周边游玩行程，好吃的米其林餐厅，灵验的佛寺，哈哈哈。 房屋古色古香，正是我喜欢和期待的模样！房子里有很多很多roxy从全球各地旅游后淘宝回来的古董，看得出来她对房子倾注了很大的心血，是个热爱生活的女孩！这个房子的能量场和磁场都很滋养人。大爱呀！

오래 전의 부잣집 저택에 머무는 느낌이었어요. 집도 마당도 매우 넓어요. 사진으로 보는 것보다 표현되지 않은 부분이 많아요. 날이 흐리거나 어두울 때 조명을 켜놓고 찍은 사진이 많지만 실제로는 꽤 밝은 집이에요. 창문이 매우 많거든요. 창문과 문마다 이중 커튼과 방충망이 다 있어요. 마당이 매우 넓고 잠글 수 있는 뒷마당도 있어요. 별채나 창고나 마굿간 같은 건 아니었을까 싶은 건물들도 많고 별도의 주방이 또 있는데 마당에도 야외주방이 오픈 바 형태로 또 있어요. 사진은 이전 사진인지 살림살이가 덜 채워졌을 때 사진 같고 마당에 평상도 있어 누워 쉴 수 있고 내부 주방 옆에 홈바가 또 있는데 음료 먹을 수 있게 컵 등이 풍부하게 있어요. 대형 빨래 건조대를 놓을 수 있는 공간이 너무 많고요. 야외에 물이 나오는 곳도 아주 많아요. 마당에 심지어 화장실이 남자 여자 두 칸씩 있고요. 베란다도 여러개 있고요. 2층도 거실이 넓어요. 작은 텃밭에서 고추가 자라고 있어요. 사진에서 보던 것보다 소품 하나 하나가 고급지고 색도 비비드하고 예뻐요. 공간 공간마다 주인의 손길과 고심해서 고른 패브릭과 소품과 컬렉션으로 채워져 있어요. 부잣집 마담만이 소비해볼 수 있는 고풍스러운 취향의 살림을 구경하는 재미랄까요. 그리고 집에 생화가 가득 가득해서 놀랐어요. 집에 이렇게 많은 화분에 이 많은 생화라니. 물론 조화나 드라이 플라워도 있지만 진짜 생화가 많아서 놀랐답니다. 마당도 예쁜 꽃들이 가득해요. 심지어 매일 새벽에 마당에 있는 꽃에 물 주러 오시더라고요. 마당에서 담장 넘어간 꽃나무는 지나가는 여자들이 얼마나 많이들 서서 사진을 찍고 있는지 몰라요. 대문 나갈 때마다 누군가는 꽃을 찍고 있었어요. 오래 전 구옥이라 문 열고 잠그는 방식이 낯설어서 재미가 있어요. 계단도 나무 소리가 나는 게 재미있고요. 과거 부잣집 집 구조 보고 싶으신 분은 이 문 저 문 가보면서 좋아하실 것 같아요. 2층 수압은 약하고 헤어드라이기는 챙겨오세요. 아 집 위치는 끝내줍니다.

位置特别好，离公园很近，带孩子玩了好几个晚上，房间干净整洁，住着很舒服，房东有问必答，就是洗澡调试有点费劲，水温忽冷忽热，其他很满意，溜达到周日夜市也不算远

Wonderful stay in Ake’s place! The surrounding is beautiful, with a night safari right next to the place and greenery all around. The host owns a lovely dog called Boon, super adorable and friendly. The host is welcoming as well as the neighbors! So many nice places were introduced, while the cafe and bbq around is also amazing. Definitely should stay if you love nature, animal and lovely people :)

非常非常喜欢老周家的房子，感觉没有住够，整个院落不管是室内还是室外都美好得像童话一样，房屋、家具、到毛巾杯盘，都看得出老周一家的用心和品味，院子实在是美的不像话：）他们去市集还给我们带了美味的蔬菜和水果，女儿特别开心，每天去捡红豆、看菠萝蜜、看鱼，以后有机会还会预定的，谢谢！

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

Truly one of the very best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in! Our four days here in this gorgeous, spacious Villa were heavenly! The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly and proactive - thinking ahead to recommend activities and attractions and offering useful advice to get around Chiang Mai. The Villa itself was well stocked with snacks and drinks and the breakfast offered each morning was scrumptious and substantial! Rooms and beds were extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!

Kim and Lucy (local host) were great communicators, the place is a little paradise in the city, the setting (vegetation, pond, and spaces to lounge) was just what we needed. Lucy was super knowledgeable, helpful, she even arranged massages at the property, and brought us local chocolate to try (delicious) and to introduce us to all the wonderful things one can find in Chiangmai. Great family holiday spot.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was great for the kids! Location was close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

是一座很大的别墅，工作人员很多，服务态度特别好，都很热情，因为是中国新年，还送了我们水果，中途孩子突发疾病，还赠送鲜花送到医院。临走时还为每个人做了芒果糯米饭。过程当中服务都非常及时。你不需要担心任何事情，他们都会协助解决。厨房很大，我们可以自己做饭，还有工人帮忙洗菜洗碗，非常推荐。

非常棒的一次住宿体验，房子很干净，也很安静，有住在森林里的感觉，周边生活便利，老板非常热情，清迈值得推荐的住宿地方！

Nous avons adoré notre nuit dans ce logement. Très paisible, personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Ils nous ont aidé à louer un van. Nous aurions aimé rester encore!

This stay was overall very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, making me feel comfortable and at ease upon arrival. The host was warm and thoughtful, providing ample drinking water and snacks, which was very considerate. The only slight downside was the inaccurate location pin when using Grab for rides, causing some inconvenience during travel. It would be great if the host could assist in resolving this issue or offer alternative transportation suggestions. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here!

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

fantastische week gehad met 6 personen(3 koppels). ieder een eigen slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Een paar minuten lopen van een grote op buitenlanders gerichte supermarkt met oa goed brood. Restaurants zijn ook in de directe omgeving. Het zwembad is groter dan van sommige hotels. In de wintermaanden is het water fris, maar voor Noord Europeanen goed te doen. Alle Grab chauffeurs en pickup services kunnen het makkelijk vinden. De North Gate is op loop afstand.

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

Very good host, reply promptly, fulfill all the requests that we asked. Nice villa but if the swimming pool more bigger will be perfect, it is just fit for 2 persons to swim at the same time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure
