I spent one week at Nai’s place and had a very comfortable stay! The place had all the amenities I needed for the week and it was very cozy. Nai was a great host and communicator. The place itself was in a more quiet neighborhood but still close enough to city centre and close to airport. I can definitely recommend staying here!

Comme dans les autres commentaires, très propre, spacieux, très silencieux. Parfaitement juste un peu à l’extérieur du centre ville et c’est que je recherchais. Et bien entendu les vélos à votre disposition. On y loue aussi des moto pour le même prix qu’ailleurs. C’était très bien.

I stayed here 5 months earlier, and could not have been happier. When I needed to return to Chiang Rai, staying at Suphattra's place, the decision was easy. At first I requested the same room, but my early arrival provided the opportunity to see a different room, which was even better than what I had before. Everything went well, and importantly the internet never had an issue. I am a digital nomad, so internet is paramount.

Had a great stay here, the townhouse style means there’s lots of space over multiple floors. All the amenities were clean and worked well. Check in was easy and the host was responsive and very communicative 🙏 Thanks for a great stay, highly recommended!

We had a really wonderful stay in Condotel, perfect location with a really big pool, restaurant and friendly people. The apartment is sparkling clean, well equipped kitchen, huge king size bed, and additional to the photos a VERY comfy, big sofa has been added. It is one of the few two room apartments in the building, and since it sits at the corner, it has a huge extra window, always a cool breeze in the night, and is full of light all day. Pat is a really lovely host, always friendly and helpful, her perfect English makes communication super easy. Pat had also provided everything for breakfast for us, and lots of drinking water - we felt welcome from the first moment. This is our favorite stay in Chiang Rai, we definitely come back! 100%recommended (host, apartment and location)

The place was big and comfortable. It was clean. The shower has a bit of a separation from the toilet which is nice. The host was responsive and everything was easy.

Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir konnten vorort ein Moped mieten und damit die Stadt erkunden. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
