Lovely stay! The fresh open lanna style does not disappoint and the pool was a nice refresh. A great spot to get away from Chiang Mai and enjoy the smaller city. When in Thailand !

在这次为期四周的奇妙泰国之旅中，Nikki的房子是一个极大的亮点和惊喜。她的房子属于荷兰式建筑，非常的干净、舒适且温馨，我们俩家人在那里度过了难忘的六天。到达头一日，房东就热情的介绍了周边景点、市场和餐馆，而且房东品味很高，推荐的美食都特别美味，随便点餐，都非常好吃。而且，特大号欧式敞开式厨房，让我可以大显身手。最难忘的是我们在院子里的游泳池度过的美好时光。游泳池是斜坡设计，孩子在那里非常放松，最后都可以摘下浮袖游到深水区。院子里有单独的洗衣房，自己的停车位。院内耸立着小区里最高的热带树木。清晨，躺在吊床上，望着树上结满的果实，听着小鸟独特的叫声，你仿佛置身世外桃源。让我和家人度过了非常轻松惬意的六日。感谢热情的房东一家。

Жилье просто невероятное, крайне не хотелось от туда уезжать. Вокруг очень красиво и тихо, расположен очень удобно, до всех интересных мест максимум 15-20 минут! Так же рядом есть большой 7/11, прям в пешей доступности. Так же в доме очень хороший интернет, скорость отличная! Жилье очень чистое, аккуратное, влюбляет в себя с первых секунд пребывания! А какая же классная ванная в этом доме! Мы просто потрясающе провели время в этом месте и когда вернемся в Чанграй обязательно снимем жилье тут же! Благодаря этому жилью мы насладились каждой секундой пребывания в Чанграе!

Well, where do I start…. We stayed at this house for 8 nights. The AC in the rooms and the office worked really well. The WiFi is super fast (Thanks to Natcha 🙏🏽 who came to the rescue, so appreciative). The location of this house was within walking distance to Big C, the Mall, Night Bazaar and Bus Station which is very convenient. The area was clean and very quiet (all that I could hear was small critters at night). 🤣 lol Big shout out to the host Natcha!👏👍. She was amazing! 🤩 She was very responsive to my emails, very helpful and swiftly addressed any concerns that we had. We were very satisfied with her service and communication. We strongly recommend this place and definitely stay there again whenever we travel back to Chiang Rai. A few recommendations if I may… 1. The beds were a bit too firm (recommend mattress toppers) 2. A washer would be very convenient especially for people with longer stay. 3. Upgrade cooking burner to two for people that like to cook 😋

Wasserdruck sehr niedrig und relativ laut durch den Verkehr an der Straße. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

I rate accommodations according to value for money, and if the accommodation delivers everything it promises and is clean and does so at a competitive price, they will get a good review. And this is very true for K. Narathip's "Uncle Singha's" house. In fact we rented the whole house (5 bedrooms) mostly because we didn't want to share the house with others, and even still we got better value for money than other places in the area. We started out at a neighboring guest house which turned out to be very unpleasant, so this booking was last minute for us. And still it all went very smoothly. The house came with 2 bicycles which we used regularly. Also, although I've mentioned that we liked the location, this is also because we have friends in this neighborhood--its a ways out of town for many people but was exactly where we wanted to be. And K. Narathip could not have been nicer. We recommend Uncle Singha's.

We loved this amazing 'tree' house - very comfortable and beautiful. Staying outside CR suited us; we enjoyed cycling in the surrounding country side and visiting the local market. However, a car or motor bike is essential. The family of the owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made our visit more like a homestay. Our week here was a highlight of our holiday in Thailand.'

Do note that the property is a bit out of the way, so renting a car is highly recommended for ease of access. That said, the peaceful location is absolutely worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to escape, connect with nature, and embrace a bit of magic, this is it!
