What a beautiful piece of paradise! The villa had all the comforts of home and the hosts have gone out of their way to ensure an amazing, relaxing visit (water, juice, tea, lots of toiletries, ceiling fans, portable fan, robes, information booklet, etc). We highly recommend the in-house massage that you can book. The ladies provided the best massages we have had. Wayne met us at checkin and immediately made us feel welcome and at home. I can't say enough about the location and views; absolutely breathtaking! We rented a car and would recommend having some sort of transportation lined up to visit the local sites. People in the surrounding communities were lovely! We would HIGHLY recommend this villa and it was the highlight of our 5 week stay in Thailand. incredibly sad to leave but know there are many others who will enjoy the space as much as we did. Great little place, tucked away in the countryside right by Din Daeng Doi. Owners were super responsive, allowed us early check in and even had water, fruit in fridge and brought us a bowl of delicious home cooked noodles. We were up early to see the sunrise, and she was even up to open the gate for us so we didn’t have to do it ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble ! If you want rural, authentic Thai home stay that is within easy distance of the beach (15 mins) and right in the countryside then I’d highly recommend.

Grâce à elle, mon séjour a été exceptionnel. Je la recommande à 1000 % ! Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus. Je reviendrai toujours avec plaisir. À très bientôt ! ☺️☺️

sukanya est hôtesse adorable et attentive à ses hôtes. Elle s'est inquiétée du déroulé de notre voyage pour la rejoindre. A notre arrivée tardive, ils nous ont donné toutes les infos utiles, mentionné un lieu de restauration et nous avons pu directement loué un scooter, qui nous a permis, dès le lendemain, de découvrir les beautés de la région. Un véritable esprit familial. le lieu est calme et reposant, un havre de paix permettant de se ressourcer. le réveil le matin se fait avec le chant des oiseaux. le bungalow était identique aux photos et la literie confortable. Le matin on peut observer des singes qui se baladent à proximité. je recommande ce lieu. merci à Sunkanya et sa famille pour ce séjour.

David & Janes have been the best hosts we have encountered since joining Airbnb 11 years ago. They have been so helpful in helping us plan a fabulous Christmas holiday with friends from the UK. The location is beautiful and calm, with direct access to the sea. The villa itself is so comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated- we felt right at home. We also had fabulous chefs and massage therapist come to the villa which was arranged through the house staff. All together, we couldn’t recommend driftwood villa anymore! Make sure to come and visit!! X

The most beautiful view you could ever have! And the most gracious host possible! This is a gem of a place, a very special opportunity to see another world and escape into nature and away from the crowds. The host organized a perfect day boat trip for us and another day trip close by to some natural springs for swimming. The prices he gave us were extraordinary, so much value for so little! We felt so touched by our hosts welcoming manner! The highlight of our whole stay was Baw’s cooking. Best food we have had yet during our 2 months in Thailand. Fish was incredible and made with such care and expertise! Don’t miss it! One thing to know for longer stays, is there is not an easy place to regularly swim and there is only one restaurant (though very good) within walking distance). All in all, a top notch stay in a magical place. Don’t hesitate to come here! Our kids loved it too!! Thank you Baw!!🙏
