全体的にやりとりに問題なく、手続きが簡潔でした。部屋も広く小さなバルコニーのようなスペースがあったのもとてもよかったです。立地は、都市の中心部から少し離れていますが、自分にはむしろそれがよく、地元の人たちの暮らしの中で一緒に生活している感じがあり、とてもよかったです。事前に立地が中心部から離れていることを教えてくれたこともよかったです。

I stayed at Birdy’s place for almost 7 months and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The room is cozy and comfortable and the complex building has everything you need. It’s located near an MRT station, perfect to reach the city center. Birdy and Paul are really kind and responsive, anytime I needed help for something they answered me quickly. Apartament położony jest w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, dla mieszkańców budynku dostępna jest silownia oraz baseny, a także wewnętrzne, zielone patio. Bardzo blisko od apartamentu jest centrum handlowe BigC (warto poszukać w nim "baru mlecznego" FoodStory mają promocje na dania w cenie 29 bath, porcje są duże, a jedzenie naprawdę pyszne, w centrum jest też sklep spożywczy). W okolicy jest kilka street barów z pysznym jedzeniem, taxi do centrum kosztuje około 230 bath,, ale w poblizu jest też przystanek autobusowy oraz stacja metra. Czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu, polecamy z całego serca.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was even better than the photos. The flat was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities made my stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering any questions promptly. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby food market. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Away from the hectic roads in central BKK, it's a quieter, more peaceful location. The only downside is that it's a distance from central BKK but you're right by the public train systems. If you don't mind travelling an hour to get to the central areas, you're golden! Lot's of local street food less than 5 minutes away. The accomodation was clean! The facilities were reasonable too.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the appartment. We loved everything about it!The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get and the apartment was fabulous. Krittiya is one of the nicest persons you can find - it felt like meeting an old friend! 💕 The pool area and the gym are nice. We spent a week and we did not see anyone else at the pool. Felt a bit like you had your private pool. We loved the neighbourhood, but be aware that this is not central Bangkok, this is Nonthaburi, a suburb to Bangkok, where there are less turists and you can experience the everyday life. Just what we wanted, to be able to sit at a small restaurant on the pavement and eat the most delicious food. We will definitely come back to both the area and the apartment. Fredrik & Helen

I had a great stay here and felt right at home immediately. Communication with Mintie was excellent and a few small issues with the kitchen after checking in were handled quickly and thoroughly. I like to cook and saw that there was no stove. Mintie's dad brought a little electric burner to me within a couple hours of my arrival. The superhost status is well deserved! The bedroom is cozy but has some good storage space. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has a great walk-in shower. The other reviews are accurate - this is a great condo/apartment. The building staff are friendly and kind. There is a little restaurant next to the building entrance called Tree House. Highly recommended! I will mention that the area surrounding the condo is a weird mix of industrial, commercial and residential. The driveway is off a very busy street and the sidewalks in both direction are fairly narrow. The Yaek Nonthaburi 1 MRT is about 8 minutes walk and Owl Market is 12 to 15 minutes away.
