We only stayed at Tak’s Airbnb in Bangkok for 1 night, but it was a very good stay and we highly recommend booking this house if you are a bigger group visiting the city. There were 5 of us staying and the Airbnb was extremely spacious over 2 floors, with multiple beds across 2 bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable with extremely clean linen and pillows. There were two bathrooms which was ideal for 5 people, and they were both extremely clean with all useful amenities provided. The shower pressure and temperature was great in both. Although being near a busy road and bustling area, the Airbnb was completely quiet with little to no street noise. The Airbnb was easy to find using the maps address provided and property access was straightforward and convenient. The host had provided waters in the fridge, as well as eggs, bread and jam in the kitchen for us to make breakfast with - a lovely touch! We would stay here again and recommend this Airbnb for your visit to Bangkok.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Orawan's home is in a very peaceful part of Bangkok and as a family, we needed that after long days of exploring and city life. The house is spacious, all of the beds are king sized and for our group size of 5 adults, it was perfect! I highly recommend her home if you're looking for a quiet escape from the city but still close enough to all the action.

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . We staid here after traveling Thailand for about 10 days already, and this was my most favorite place that we stayed at. It's right on the river, and the island is amazing. There is a small weekend market, plus a number of regular little shops, cafes, and restaurants on the island. Ko Kret is a hidden gem! So beautiful. I absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are located on the 2nd level of a traditional teak wood home, with it's own (though separated) bathroom, balcony, and seating areas. Rooms are air conditioned, bathroom is not, but that was not an issue for us. The two women are so incredibly kind, and serve a great breakfast each morning! This is a great place to stay for anyone who is looking for a local, quiet, traditional experience. I wish I could stay longer!!! 🥰

Checking in was a bit unclear since the location listed on Airbnb that then took me to Google maps was not properly synched, but upon talking to the hosts, they guided me to the correct location. Checking in was easy. Shortly after checking in, I began to feel sick, and they even brought medicine for me and offered any help with that issue. Thankfully, I felt better quickly and was able to enjoy the location. It’s walkable to many touristy things to do and restaurants. Recommended!!

Isra and his wife are amazing host. They really look after you no matter of the time. They are a lovely couple. Just for future stayers be aware that going back and Doherty always needs to be arranged in advance. Once, there make sure you have everything you need. Walking around the island is not very easy as from the place there is no route to just walk and go and explore. If you just want to stay in one place, this is ideal. My only negative is the mosquitos. You get bitten a lot. Maybe more things available to combat it like insect killing lights. More sprays, etc.
