Narisa's 3 bedroom condo is a perfect layout for a family or a group of friends who wants to live in a secured building that right across a mall or access to street foods and easy ground transportation. The only thing you must remember is bring your own favorite shampoo. The unit also does not have an iron but Im sure she can work this out with you as she is very hospitable. Very convenient place to stay.

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

Dan is a super good host and communicated extremely well. He also had tons of good tips on Thailand and Bangkok in general. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient with easy access by taxi to rest of the city or by foot to Sukhumvit soi 11. The compound offers also a good gym, pool and sauna. In general a great experience. Only one negative: from time to time there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Dan clarified this is due to the dry weather (no rain at all during my stay).

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

Simple und authentische Wohnung direkt am Kanal. Wir haben die Wohnung wegen der Terrasse direkt am Wasser gebucht. Unsere Erwartung wurde voll erfüllt und der Start unserer Thailand-Reise ist geglückt. Wer eine einfache und authentische Wohnung in einem ruhigen Viertel sucht, ist hier definitiv am richtigen Ort. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und sehr bemüht!

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Kanyalak war genau das, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Ein schönes, ruhig gelegenes Thai Style Häusen in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Raum ist wunderschön traditionell eingerichtet, das Bad allerdings modern und mit allen nötigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt auf der überdachteb Terasse war immer sehr gemütlich und von den Geräuschen der Natur erfüllt. 7-Eleven, einige nette Restaurants so wie ein sehr gemütlicher Coffee Shop befinden sich alle in der direkten Umgebung. Kanyalak war immer super erreichbar, was aber durch den super organisierten Check-In/Out Prozess selten nötig war. Ich freue mich, nächstes Jahr wieder hier vorbei zu kommen.

This place is wonderful. Right next to the train station. If you want food their is a nice mall and outside food market only 5 min walk away. The house is described perfectly. I am actually going to extend my stay for another two weeks.

Have stayed with Orranart twice now. Excellent apartment, in the perfect location for getting around central Bangkok. Highly recommended. And will sure be staying again…

Tom and his family are so wonderful! Tong, his son, picked us up from the airport and took us grocery shopping so we could get settled in once we arrived. They were so kind and made us feel at home. Tom is very helpful and brings the beauty of Thailand into his home.

A very cozy, exceptionally clean studio, with the most comfortable bed I've slept in during my travels. Snacks, food and beverages were waiting for me when I checked in which I greatly appreciated! No other Airbnb host has gone that extra mile for me!! The swimming pool was wonderful and provided a nice break from the heat. The building was very clean, quiet and modern. When I mentioned to the Airbnb owner the building's sauna and steam rooms weren't working, she gifted me a 2 hour Thai massage at her expense to make up for that inconvenience. Plenty of room for 1-2 people, a tv with Prime video, Netflix, YouTube, etc., a nice sized refrigerator, 2 a/c units, an exceptional shower, and a balcony with a washing machine and detergent, all overlooking the pool. A little far from downtown Bangkok, but the LRT, taxis, Grab, vendors, restaurants and a grocery store are just outside the front door. Well worth my stay in Bangkok!! 😊😊

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

Our stay at JACK's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable w/good smell.Jack was an amazing host, always responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, & easy to go in ICON SIAM MALL . Thank so much Jack !! We can't wait to come back!

We stayed for 9 days at Rae and Charlie's place with our one year old baby. We loved our stay here. Rae and Charlie are wonderful hosts and they are very accommodative and thoughtful of all needs of their guests. Their place is like a small quiet park with art, decor, lush greenery, water (pool and canals), wonderful kitchen, dining/bar area, and many more thoughtful details. The common kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Internet was great and the relatives of Rae & Charlie (who also live on the property) were very welcoming too. Even though there are many homes and many people living there, everyone feels like they have their own space and privacy. It is difficult to explain the entire place in a short review, but it is definitely a calm and peaceful place to visit and experience away from noise and traffic of Bangkok.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It was even better than the pictures show. The entire property is stunning – the pool, the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the beautiful surroundings are simply perfect. What impressed us the most was the warmth of the staff: always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We truly felt at home here!

I have stayed in a few Airbnbs over the years in the immediate area. This one is probably the nicest. Very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very convenient to reach great food at Tonsak Market. Nice facilities in the building. Wifi had something like 500 Mbps as well. Central location in Nonthaburi, but the sleeping area is 100% silent at night. Helpful and engaged host, who took the time to meet us for check-in. Thanks, Benny!

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing spot in the craziness of the city. You are in a very local village and it has so much charm. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the communal kitchen every morning and it has everything you need. The pool and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. I will always stay here when we come through Bangkok. To get to the center of Bangkok takes awhile but if you get local taxis with a meter, it’s super reasonable. The MRT stop is a 17 minute walk from the house. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at charlies and raes place. It was pee perfect for arriving with 2 kids and gering over the jetlag :) thank you so much and maybe see you at the end of our journey!
