Gorgeous views and a private, secluded location. The home was very clean and unique, it’s living room is open to the outdoors with no air conditioning, while the kitchen and bedroom are enclosed and air-conditioned. Would stay again!

Wonderful place to spend a week. We had 5 adults and the place was spacious, with plenty of room and private spaces. All of the rooms had ample storage and the beds were so comfortable with each room having a little bar fridge. It is a 4 level house, so if stairs arnt for you, then the house won’t suit. Patrik is the best host, he is responsive and always willing to accommodate any request. House keeper Sue, who comes daily is a delight! She cleans and washes and the house was always clean after a day out sightseeing. The house is in a great location, but is up a very steep hill. Sometimes we walked it and other days got a taxi. Just factor that in if you’re not very fit and active. Would stay again next time back we are back.

Had such a great time at this villa! The owner was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The place looked exactly like the photos, which was awesome. They cleaned every two days, which kept everything looking fresh and tidy. The pool was amazing — super clean and perfect for a swim or just chilling out. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax, with lots of space and sunbeds. Plus, there’s a billiard table and a great TV with amazing sound system. One thing to note is that it’s a bit tricky for taxi drivers to find the location, so be prepared with directions. But the villa is still in a great spot, close to restaurants and shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

This is a stunning villa. We stayed with a group of friends and were delighted with everything: the pool at the villa, the design of the villa, the infrastructure, the involvement of the hostess, the crystal clear beach. I highly recommend this villa, we will definitely come back next year! This villa is better than you in the photos.

Fantastic villa - we all loved it and will be back. Quiet location and very private. Responsive host. Though having a scooter is handy as there is a bit of a walk to get to Rawai main street

Wir hatten mit 8 Personen für 14 Tage einen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Der Transfer vom Flughafen ging reibungslos (es waren sogar kalte Getränke im Taxi). Die Begrüßung in der Villa war sehr herzlich mit frischen Früchten und kalten Getränken. Frau Porn und Frau Dang haben sich perfekt um uns gekümmert und wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihnen melden wenn wir etwas brauchten. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Essen in der Villa! Vielen Dank für die leckeren regionalen Köstlichkeiten, die für uns liebevoll zubereitet wurden. Zweimal die Woche ließen wir uns von 8 Masseurinnen verwöhnen, was wir auch sehr genossen haben! Alles in allem waren es zwei unvergessliche Wochen in einer traumhaft schönen Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The Villa was amazing. It was exactly as described. The team support from the management team was more than you could ever ask for. They are very responsive and extremely quick. The home was immaculate. The rooms are large and spacious! The beds were large and comfortable! The team was very accommodating and present at the drop of a dime when needed. The city and mountain views were amazing from the rooftop. 10/10!!!! Highly recommend! I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area! Beautiful accomodation like in the pictures!! Jasmine has provided us a little piece of paradise. Always responsive, helpful. Offered us a transfer from the airport to the place, earlier check in and also a parking spot in the secured complex free of charge! Can definitely recommend this place and the host!!

Super villa, großartige Lage. Hatte noch etwas vergessen und Peter war so freundlich es mir nach Bangkok zu schicken, innerhalb von 24h kam es an so das ich es noch rechtzeitig erhalten habe. Vielen Dank!
