The apartment was sensational and as described. Breathtaking views with an amazing host, who was full of lots of local knowledge and advice.

Amazing place! Great views, clean and modern furniture. Apartment comes with a priceless roof terrace. A jacuzzi would be the cherry on the top. Only thing to mention is that the gym is not at the same location as shown in the pictures, instead the whole gym equipment was put into an old apartment.

Joy was very communicative and accommodating during my whole stay. The room has everything I need and the location is convenient. The minor construction noise is not very loud so it didn’t bother me at all.

Отличные апартаменты в новом комплексе. Невероятная чистота, отсутствие любых насекомых - за месяц ни один муравей не проник в квартиру. Хорошее расположение, окна выходят на зеленый склон с деревьями, солнце попадает только под вечер. Рекомендую!

Nice apartment, located at 2nd floor, so the sun doesn't make you mad at the noon. Nice bath and bed. Good swimming pools and green territory of the building.

we loved Staying here. when we first got to Phuket our hotel was absolutely horrific. Alex was quick to reply when we needed to emergency book het place and honestly her condo saved our trip. We loved the space. It was large and clean and modern. The view from the bedroom was outstanding and we also had a fun pool view from the living room balcony. the swim up bar and the entire pool area was great. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo is in a great location too, close to everything! highly recommend staying here!

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

I would like with big Thank you to IKE for making sure to provide with everything thats needed for a good stay. I stayed on the property for a month and was working remotely at nite and slept during day time. 1. Estate feels SAFE and MAINTAINED 2. Free filter Water service 3. Host responsive and polite 4. Beach is clean and view from the property is beautiful. 5. Stable internet connection, electricity and Water 6. Good Quality Pot/ Pans / Plates / Cups /Glasses Overall, I have no complaints. Ike has done wonderful job of paying attention to detail. Definitely would recommend anyone to book this property without any hesitation.

Lovely villa to stay and close to local cafes and restaurants plus the beach! Andrew was a great host and clear and concise communicator.

What a beautiful place, the home has the most fantastic position with a lookout seating area over the scenic seascape. We had a quiet bbq celebration for my boyfriend’s birthday with close family members and Alice and the team went above and beyond for our stay. The house is very comfortable and private, perfect for swimming on the beach, in the pool and then chilling out and relaxing. Alice and the team were responsive and communicated well and on the last day I had forgotten my iPad which they had kindly organise to send to my next location. Thank you so very much, the place is stunning and the team hosting is utmost professional. We would recommend this place highly and would come back again in a heartbeat!

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Эта вилла оказалась даже лучше, чем на фото! В гостиной новый диван, в спальне появились тумбочки. Сама вилла отличная, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: кухня, кондиционеры в гостиной и в спальне, мощные вентиляторы, горячая вода, фильтр для воды, чтобы была питьевая. На кухне вся утварь для готовки: холодильник, электроплита, тостер, чайник, посуда. В спальне рабочий стол. Wifi отличный, есть огромный телевизор с ютуб и нетфликс. На террасе качели и столик, просто шикарно по утрам завтракать под пение птиц. Сама вилла находится в тихом месте, но до основной дороги - 3 минуты. До моря 10 минут неспешным шагом. Рядом остановка, рынок на территории храма. Хозяин виллы разрешил раннее заселение, скинул все инструкции, попали в дом без проблем. Всегда интересовался, как у нас дела и все ли хорошо! Когда вернемся на Пхукет, с удовольствием заново забронируем данный дом!

Отличное жильё! Локация очень удобная, Bangla road и плям очень близко. Много кафе в округе. В жилье тихо и хорошая площадь. Есть вещи для удобства, рабочий стол, много полотенец, несколько обеденных столов. Wolfgang и staff приятные. Нам понравилось жилье!

Great location Mike was a very responsive host Place was as described Had a great time in the local area Would recommend to anyone. If anything, would say sofa needs a bit of a clean. Other than that 5star

It's been lovely staying here. Everything was perfect. The location, the property itself, the staff here. All excellent. The place itself was great too. Really well equipped and well thought out. Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
