The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

Everything was great. 10 min by car to Nai Harn beach, which is the best beach on the island. There are many grocery stores nearby. Also, beautiful condo with positive and polite security and staff. There was also a free parking space. Comfortable to live.

Hakan is always available for help and there is no interference from anyone The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures and is at a walkable distance from Bangla street It was neat and clean when we arrived and there was no hassle of check-in Worth the money Would like to be hosted by Hakan again!

Die Unterkunft ist ca. 15 min vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Oleg war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Phuket empfehlen, da sie sehr ruhig gelegen ist und man in wenigen geh Minuten Restaurants und Supermarkt erreicht.

Had a great stay here, the actual accommodation matched the description and the host was very responsive to all our queries. Pros: 1. Very clean and tidy place 2. Easy check in 3. Very responsive host 4. Building had great security 5. Great swimming pool Cons: 1. Not exactly a con but a bit far from the main walking street although still completely walkable. 2. The flat was slightly smaller than expected but can easily accommodate 3 adults. Overall definitely recommend and look forward to visit again sometime.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft und direkter Zugang zum Pool. Schöne Raumaufteilung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und angeschlossenen Badezimmern. Gastgeberin Yana ist sehr nett.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

We had a great time there. It's in a good location within walking distance to the beach. Groceries and restaurants are also nearby. The host gave us some great local recommendations and they were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay, also has a nice pool and small gym in the complex that we used.

Very much enjoyed Adrian’s place, he is a very responsive host. I was surprised at the local recommendation list he had procured for us. Adrian responds extremely quickly, and will address and concerns you might have. The place itself was great, it was far enough away from the craziness of Bangla but just a 10-15 min walk to that craziness if you wanted to see it. The place was clean, private, modern and very homey. Loved the stay would stay again

The place is very comfortable and cozy, excellent location 7/11 and pharmacy is 3min, mall is 7-9 min walk. Sean is also very responsive and helpful. Perfekte Unterkunft in Rawai Beach – einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage in Rawai war perfekt, mit tollen Restaurants und allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Our big family 7 persons had stayed the house for 5 days, which is clean and big, walking distance to Big C market, 7 11 convenient store and lots of restaurants. we cooked 3 dinner meals, the kitchen is fully equipped that we could find every thing what we need. the housekeeper Sa and house manager Jack is very friendly. The only problem what we met is the washing machine. Sa helped me to slove it once time, but I could not make it work for me after, looks like it is more familiar with Sa than me. Haha. Fortunately there is another one in the -2 floor, just climbing more steps for us to do the washing work. We really enjoyed our stay in Irina's house, thank you Irina.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

It’s a good place for a family retreat. Place is clean and maintained. Housekeeping will come in every 3 days I believe. Within the compounds, there’s a pool, sauna and jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. House is spacious is convenient. Thank you Viktor for hosting
