The house was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach. It’s also close to a great local restaurant with fresh seafood. The host was excellent at communicating, providing all the necessary details before check-in making it such an easy process m. He’s kind, friendly, and very approachable if you need anything.

ideal für Leute, die sich in fast unberührter Natur entspannen wollen, das Sea Condo liegt etwas abseits, die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ca 2 km entfernt, aber es stehen Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung... am besten, man mietet ein Auto, um den schönen Naturpark von Sam Roi Yod zu erkunden. Die Anlage ist nie überfüllt. Man kann sich hier fernab vom Massentourismus wunderbar erholen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch der große saubere Swimming Pool.

We had a great month at Samuel‘s condominium. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was fantastic. The condominium was reasonably well equipped, roomy and suited our needs perfectly. We did have to purchase a few items for the kitchen which we left at the condo. We were able to have 20 L containers of water delivered to the front desk when necessary and had free delivery of our groceries from the Pranburi Lotus supermarket. There were restaurants nearby and we used our bicycles to go places further afield. We would certainly consider returning there on a future trip!

We enjoyed staying here for a couple of days, great to have an almost private pool, easy access to the beach and a good starting point to explore all that this area and national park have to offer.

Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei Fragen konnte man sich an sie wenden und sie standen dir sofort zur Seite. Bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt alle notwendigen Sachen waren Vorort und man musste nichts weiter kaufen. Der Service den man bekommen hat (Betten neubeziehen, aufräumen ect.) wurde immer sauber und sorgfältig erledigt und man hatte volles Vertrauen in das Personal. Die gesamt Anlage war sehr ansprechend und wie auf den Bildern, es war eine sehr ruhige und private Gegend und wurde so weder durch andere Besucher noch durch anderen Lärm gestört. Die Unterkunft ist aufjedenfall weiter zu empfehlen und wir würden sie immer wieder buchen für einen ruhigen,entspannten, gemütlichen, kommunikativen und sauberen Urlaub

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans l'appartement de Mikael. il a l' acces direct a la piscine, ce qui est tres agreable. il y a le necessaire dans la cuisine et plusieurs tres bons restaurants aux alentours. Un grand supemarche Lotus se trouve a une vimgtaine de minutes pour faire des courses et il y a un 7 eleven a une dizaine de minutes. merci beaucoup Michael

This was the perfect oasis. We were a group of 3 grandmas, 4 teenage granddaughters, myself, and my 4-year old daughter. Our purpose was to go somewhere quiet with a pool and near the beach where the kids could play, the grandmas could relax, and I could finish writing my book. Kenneth's place did not disappoint on any point. The house was so beautiful, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows where we could view the ocean from any spot. The large veranda made a great gathering place for meals and chats. The aircons worked very well, although even in the heat of the day, we didn't need to turn them on because the breeze from the ocean was so nice. The showers were super hot and had great pressure. The beach was pristine and super quiet. Even though we were a group of ladies and the place is somewhat secluded, the neighborhood atmosphere gave us a feeling of security. There was always a guard on duty and other staff working around the properties. We will definitely holiday here again.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

I would recommend this Airbnb 1,000,000%! The apartment is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, very clean and free of clutter. The pool, hydro massage pool are amazing and the beach access is ideal. The host, Waraporn, and her staff are amazing and incredibly thoughtful and detailed… They surprised my partner with a beautiful birthday cake on his birthday. Our monthlong stay was perfect! Great for couples and for people with families. I’m definitely visiting again on my next trip in Thailand.

Die Wohnung ist super, groß, hell, sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Der Besitzer hat auf jede Anfrage sofort reagiert. Zum Kochen ist die Küche leider nicht fertig ausgestattet. Kompliziert ist, dass das Internet für jedes elektronische Gerät einzeln eingerichtet werden muss. Empfang ist nicht im ganzen Raum.

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!
