It was a pleasure to stay at the Apichai's apartment. Communications were smooth and easy. The apparent itself is a great place for family vacations. The area is quite and peaceful, however, several good Thai restaurants and 7-eleven are nearby. Quite some Bolt drivers around, so transportation is not really a problem.

Wir waren schon mehrere Male vor Ort und sind immer zufrieden. Das Appartement ist geräumig und hat auf beiden Seiten einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Jan Erik ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit. Wir werden auch in Zukunft wieder kommen.

海边的日子很是舒服，每天枕着涛声入睡以及醒来，一望无际干净的海岸线就在眼前，太喜欢这里了，下一次还要过来小住几天。房主alex人要超好，去码头亲自接我们，退房的时候又送我们去曼谷的车站，谢谢！

J’ai passé 22 jours dans cet appartement c’était parfait. Vous avez le centre commercial à 2 min la piscine sur le toit une salle de sport. Parfait pour une personne je n’ai pas essayé à deux mais je pense que ça va très bien aussi ! Petit point important je vous conseille d’avoir un scooter ou une voiture car sinon vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour aller à la plage ! Merci à l’hôte qui à répondu à mes questions ! Je vous conseille cette endroit et cette ville.

Отличная квартира.Удобная кухня,отдельная спальня,большой балкон.Не солнечная сторона спокойно можно завтракать и обедать без палящего солнца.Продуваеться приятным ветерком.На кухне среднего достаточного размера холодильник,варочная плита,посуда,мойка,барная стойка.Есть стиральная машина.Все есть для жизни.Район спокойный ,до моря 70 метров.В кондо прекрасная пиццерия,тайская едальня.Проживает мало людей,бассейн ,сауна свободны.С такси проблемы-вызываеться плохо и граб и болт,поэтому взяли мопед для передвижения.Пользовались постоянно.Районг для тех кто устал от Паттайя и толп людей.Пляж хороший ,море зависит от времени но однозначно лучше чем на Джомтьене.

Очень рекомендую ☝️Мы отдыхали семьей в составе 4 взрослых и 3-ое детей. Семья Александр, Олеся и их прекрасные, воспитанные детки - замечательные люди🙏🙏🙏Если возникают какие либо вопросы они все подсказывают, вместе помогают справиться с чем либо. Очень дружелюбные, общительные, помогут рассказать о всех местных правилах, законах, достопримечательностях, рынках, магазинах, помогут осуществить трансфер. Мы не прогадали и теперь у нас нет проблемы к кому обратится по поводу аренды жилья в дальнейшем. Спасибо 🙏 вам ребята за тёплый приём, прекрасное времяпрепровождения.Всем рекомендую .

Alex is really a nice host. The first day, he drove to take us to the apartment. And he helped us as possible as he could. The apartment is just like a home, having many things we need. Thank you, Alex.

We spent four days at James' place and were very satisfied. The Atlantis Condo Resort is conveniently located near markets, cafes, and the beach. The check-in process was a bit challenging due to the number of buildings, but this was the only issue we encountered. The pool was great for the kids, the air conditioning worked well, and the unit was very clean. James was responsive and helpful during our stay.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Had a great stay , close to 7 eleven and alot of good restaurants, great breakfast spots around the corner on soi 4 . close to muscle factory (500meters away) , beach is 3 minute walk .

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Me and my family spent two weeks in Bengs apartment. Beng was a very good host from the start. Even before we arrived we had contact and he arranged for a mini van to pick us up from the airport. It was a very nice driver and cheap also. The apartment filled all our needs as a family of four. It is situated in a beautiful spot right by the beach and surrounded by small restaurants both on the beach and across the road. Through the reception of the apartment building we rented a tricycle, also very cheap only 350 baht a day. With that we went on small trips everyday. The beaches are nice, very clean and there are not any rocks. We had contact with Beng several times during our stay and he always answered within the hour and helped us with whatever we needed. We can really recommend his apartment and hope to be able to come and stay there again.

Очень чистые и уютные апартаменты в новом кондоминимуме. Все необходимое есть и лучшего качества. Море через дорогу. Только неприятно очень шумно на улице на выходных до 2 часов ночи. Но это от хозяев не зависит

Kelvin’s place was exactly what I was looking for… Beautiful balcony views… Not one but, 3 balconies with a beautiful view for sunrise and sunset… Very spacious and steps away from the beach… Also, just a ferry ride away and escape to beautiful Ko Samet island for a day… I will definitely be back…
