整體環境非常乾淨，帶孩子也非常合適，不怕吵鬧，空間也非常大！！重點床很好睡！房東人也很好，很樂意幫忙處理任何問題也很細心！！真心推薦各位💕

Clearly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve lived in. The location is very peaceful. The house looked exactly like it was in the pictures. Our host was super nice and helpful, communicated well, provided anything we needed. We felt right at home. I recommend this place for a group of friends or a family too. A great deal!

We enjoyed 3 nights at this perfect place, host was very kind and responsive. Will definitely look to stay again when visiting Thailand next!

这是一座神奇的房子，充满了家的氛围。从装饰装潢到干净的床单、浴巾，住在里面甚至比家里还要舒服。David和Mena在我们入住的期间也像家人一样给了我们悉心的照料，第一次见面的时候我们之间没有一点陌生感，反倒像是相识了多年的朋友一样，他们和我们分享这座房子的故事与生活中的快乐，我们真的很不舍得离开。分别的时候大家都依依不舍，甚至留下了感动的热泪。毋庸置疑，这次旅途是我十多年旅行经历中最为感动的一次，我也一定会再次造访，再来的时候一定要多点时间，这样的旅行经历真的是太难得了。

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! With five spacious and well-decorated bedrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of room to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room made for a perfect night’s sleep. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private pool – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a lovely outdoor area where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The villa is in a peaceful location, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

房東即時回復而且有問有答 入住時間是凌晨四點，但房東在我們一抵達還是能即時訊息幫助我們入住，房間乾淨整齊、沙發舒服，採光好每天早上都可以被美麗的陽光喚醒。 退房後有東西遺落沒有發現，房東主動提醒並且提供解決辦法，合理且迅速，以上都讓這次住宿體驗感受很好!

One of the best places to stay in Pattaya .well connected with Road .. 7 11 just 100 meters away. The place was new and beautifully maintained. The Hist was always responsive and there to help whenever required. All 6 rooms were as described and pool was neat and clean. the host even deployed a pool table on request ..

Overall good experience, will come back again with friends. The place is very beautiful and squeaky clean as described. It shows that the owner pay attention to detail and put effort into arranging the place. The host is also proactive and responsive. Only one minor remark would be the faraway noise from surrounding nightclubs which is not of the owner responsibility.

Skvelý hostiteľ rýchle jednania. Veľmi pekný zážitok na krásnej vile a ten bazén je úplne fantázia ak by sme sa mali vrátiť do Pattayi tak určite sem. Odporúčame všetkými 10/10.

It is easily the best Airbnb I have stayed in. There was great attention to detail and guest comfort. The host was very responsive. Overall a five star stay.

The villa was super spacious. In such a nice area of Pattaya and the staff were really friendly and super accomodating! Thankyou, Art and the team! We may even stay again next year!

首先房东，没问题！ 人也好！也热心！这个必须给个赞！ 还会帮忙比如兑换泰铢！比例也是tt的汇率挺不错！ 来点感受吧， 早饭不适合中国人，面包硬的很，免费的都被我取消了！ 用电是7泰铢一度，5天时间好像我们用了500左右rmb.. 最关键的来了， 房屋每天住，是不含打扫的！ 也就是住着喊人打扫是收费的！ 这个挺难接受！ 大致这样，收费项目多，

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.
