It was absolutely 5 star stay.First off thanks the host for his hospitality.He made our stay great.Always responded very quickly and give some good advice especially going back to Bangkok Apartment is larger than the photos.Very clean and tidy.Same with the listing page.Has 2 split ac .We really enjoyed our stay here.Nice balcony and very good building.There are 8th floor pool , mini sauna and good rooftop. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone

Very friendly host🙏! provided clear instructions, always helpful. The room has a really nice view from the city. Walking distance to Villa market and Central shopping center is short😊. We had a great time 👍

The apartment was as described, clean and spacious. It was on the 29 floor, stunning views from the room. There is an infinity pool on the 31 floor and a great gym. Mickey answers quick when I have a questions. I give this the best recommendation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

In comparison to the other five units I have stayed in over the past two years, Mrs. Supin’s condo unit was undoubtedly the most comfortable and well-appointed. The unit had undergone recent renovations and was elegantly decorated, complete with all the necessary kitchen amenities. The combination of comfort and tranquility made it an ideal choice for my stay. In contrast, the condo I occupied the week prior was of similar size and layout but lacked the superior quality and amenities of Mrs. Supin’s unit. As a Superhost myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the quality of the finishing work. The communication from Mrs. Supin was also excellent. I highly recommend booking Mrs. Supin’s condo for your next stay. Her exceptional hospitality and attention to detail make it a truly memorable experience.

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

The villa is exactly as described, clean, with excellent access and a secure parking area. In a quiet part of a busy area. Amenities are good, with the only drawback being a lack of washing machine. Self service and staffed laundrettes are cheap and within 100m, so this was no concern. Pool and garden are fantastic, and there are a generous amount of towels to allow you to enjoy the pool. Bars and restaurants (Cajun is excellent!!). As well as the beach are all within a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending the villa to other travellers.

The house was really good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is well-equipped – towels are provided, there is a safe for valuables, and even a washing machine. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend it!

Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Dach. Die moderne und schöne Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Manchmal war das Publikum im Haus etwas weniger angenehm, und die Straße unten ist recht laut und lebhaft. Dies ist jedoch bei Pattaya bekannt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Had an excellent stay at Ivan’s place. Very easy check-in process even when I was arriving late at night. Great location, quiet area but not far from all the fun Pattaya has to offer. Would stay here again!
