The apartment was clean and nice. All facilities are in condo + huge mall in walking distance. You can find almost everything, what you need. The only minus is location. Far from the city center, and a bit far from closest BTS station, which can bring you to city center. So you need to take bus/taxi bike for get to metro. Or if you use to just use a taxi, this is also can be solution for you. But the rest was really good.

We check-in quite late about 11-12pm because of an accident happened. Pale(Mari's staff) was waiting for us and gave a lot of info and warmly welcomed. She is quite helpful and very informative. I stayed 9nights. Everything was great for me except a couple of things like cannot wear a shoes or slippers in the room (I don't like feeling cold) , construction noise which is not a big deal for me which is look like wake up alarm 😂( we are going out all day)

Chaichan and his wife were great hosts. Comfortable room, delicious food(arroy mak!) at nearby markets and offer motorbike rental. I stayed for almost two months. Would stay here again. Thanks again for the great stay.

I had a great stay at Gus’s place. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Gus frequently checked if I needed cleaning services, which was very thoughtful. The condo complex was very safe, with friendly security, and having a 7-Eleven on-site made it easy to grab essentials. There were plenty of food stands along the main road, and I especially appreciated the kind lady who sold me fresh vegetables every few days. The location is outside the city center in a Thai neighborhood, which I enjoyed since it was quieter and less crowded. It was a short walk to the MRT station, making it easy to get around Bangkok, and Lotus was a quick Grab ride away for groceries, shopping, and other essentials. Gus was also very helpful in providing recommendations for attractions and shopping in the area. Overall, I had a really good stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok!

Le logement était très propre et idéalement situé. 5 min à pied du BTS et MRT. Il y a également le centre commercial Impérial à côté du métro. Des taxis en scooter se trouvent juste en bas de la résidence, un seven eleven se trouve à côté. Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel, la piscine a été nettoyée le jour de notre arrivée. Merci encore pour ce séjour, la communication était parfaite !

방콕에 갈 때마다 아속이나 온눗 등 다운타운에 가까이 있다가 처음으로 외곽에 나왔습니다. 저렴한 가격도 좋지만, 아침마다 새소리가 들리고, 도로소음이 없습니다. 음식은 배달을 시킬 수 있고, 걸어서 블랙마켓이나 박남마켓에 갈 수 있습니다. 새벽비행기 택시도 불러 주셨어요. 아주 친절합니다. 감사합니다!

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.

Patty’s place was perfect for our family. Great location as easy to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at her place.

Host Jenny was extremely responsive and helpful, providing us with valuable local tips throughout our short stay. We also appreciated her assistance in storing our luggage due to our late flight. The entire place was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our group of eight.

①ぼったくられる心配がない、②ロケーションが良い。この2点において最高でした。 ① タイではぼったくりのリスクがあります。 タクシー、トゥクトゥク、レストラン、マッサージなど、常に気を付けていないと外国人向けに割高な請求をされることがあります。しかし、今回Sirichanに依頼したことで、以下の料金で安心して利用できました。 スワンナプーム空港往復の貸し切りタクシー：平均750バーツ 貸し切りプライベート1BOXカーでのアユタヤ半日ツアー（英語ガイド付き）：6800バーツ 敷地内の船着場から出発するロングボート周遊コース（ワット・アルン着）：1200バーツ ゲストハウスへの訪問マッサージ：350バーツ/人 いずれも価格交渉なしで、Sirichanが提示した価格のまま利用できました。（2025年3月時点） また、これらのオプショナルツアーに合わせて、朝食の時間を柔軟に変更してくれるなど、サービス面でも満足でした。 ② ロケーションが良い 宿泊施設はチャオプラヤ川の支流に面しており、川を眺めながら朝食やコーヒータイムを楽しめます。 さらに、大型ショッピングセンター「アイコンサイアム」へはタクシーで約10～15分とアクセスが良く、お土産や夕食の買い物にも気軽に行けます。アイコンサイアムには高島屋も入っており、日本人好みの商品が多く揃っているのも魅力です。 タクシーの利用はGrabアプリを使えば、事前に料金が確定しているため、ぼったくられる心配がなく安心して移動できます。 家族4人での宿泊（私、妻、大学生、高校生）でしたが、寝室が3つあるため、それぞれのプライベート空間を確保できました。（予備の寝室が1室追加であり） 何度もタイを訪れていますが、今回ほどぼったくりの心配なく、価格交渉なしで安心して旅行できたのは初めてでした。 オプショナルツアーは他社と比較検討しても良いと思いますが、今回は全てSirichanのプランのほうが優れていました。 AirbnbとGrabの2つのアプリだけで、安心・安全な家族旅行が実現できました。

We stayed for 1 night at Tar's place and we had pleasant time here. The location is near MRT, walkable distance.0 House is clean and we could sleep very well. Room 1 is at level 3 and room 2 is at level 4. Tar is a great host, she is very responsive and always answers every questions we had. She also gave us many good recommendations near the house. Overall I am satisfied and recommend anyone to book the unit. Thanks Tar, I hope your house is always fully booked.

This Airbnb was great! The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see, but it was also in a quiet neighborhood. 10 mins drive to famous night market, waking distance to train station. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. It's very comfortable here, just like home, the room is large and spacious, the equipment is complete, the bed is too soft, and the balcony window cannot be accessed.

Krittiya is a good communicator and very fair with how she treats her guests. She is more helpful than the average host and generally responds back within a few hours. I would rent from her again.

Estuve por seis meses en el apartamento, cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar un largo tiempo. Un poco alejado del BTS y del centro de la ciudad pero puedes caminar o ir en moto. Responde rápidamente a las consultas o requerimientos.

It has a really good workplace with big monitor, table and chair. And a lot of kitchen staff, and things like washing liquids, shampoo, napkins and lot more. Really good if you are concentrated on work, and do not have time to explore. Quite far from center, about ~40-45 minutes on BTS

Wasinee was great. the location was great, right next to a small night market, 711, and a barbershop! this place was amazing, loved every second. will be returning in the near future if time permits.

I stayed in this apartment in Bkk for 1.5 months and I loved it. I had everything I needed, comfortable room, working station, plus the condo has very good amenities. Great infinity pool on floor 8, gym, and sauna which I used daily, and an amazing coworking space at the rooftop for productive remote work. Host was always very responsive and helpful. Only downside is the location, there is not much to do in around despite the Tonsai street food market. But at least it is 5 mins walk to the BTS, so you can easily reah other places. Will come again for sure
