A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

Defne Hanım ve eşi Nail Bey ilk karşılamadan itibaren çok ilgiliydiler. İhtiyaç duyulan herşey evde mevcuttu. Evin kendisi, manzarası, konumu, temizliği, kendine ait havuzu olması muhteşemdi. 1 gün dışarı çıkmadan evde,havuzda huzur günü bile yaptık :) Sahile inmek, restaurantlar, alışveriş yerleri yürüme mesafesindeydi. Defne Hanım'ın verdiği restaurant ve bölge ile ilgili tavsiyeler harikaydı. Evden güzel anılarımızla birlikte ayrıldık. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum. Bizim için parasını sonuna kadar hakeden bir tatil oldu. Çok teşekkürler 🙏

My extended family and I stayed for a week at this lovely vila and we greatly enjoyed our time. From the pool that was super clean and the joy of the children, to the outdoor fireplace that was perfect for a BBQ, all the way to the spacious interior and wonderful rooms. The location is super peaceful and relaxing, and with our cars it was a quick ride to Dalaman and Sarigerme to visit shops, restaurants, and beaches. Can also highly recommend a day trip to Akyaka (Azmak river is wonderful) or evening walks in Göcek's harbor. The communication with the host was super easy and always quick - thanks Sultan and Katie!

Villa Lale is stunning - much more beautiful than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking, the crickets are the only noise for miles around! The real stars of the show were Sedat and Ingrid. Unfailingly thoughtful, kind and they turned it into a holiday that was better than a five star hotel with their concierge style help. The ping pong and pool were a huge hit with the kids, as was the trampoline. We fitted 9 comfortably and you could have had more and still felt there was space, especially outside. Helen was fabulous in communication and always helpful. Just go!

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

The Natural Villa is a beautiful place to stay, with an open airy floor plan and fun vintage furniture. The kitchenette worked well for what we needed, however, we did purchase a few items to make our stay easier (wine glasses, larger skillet, mugs, knifes). Mursel and his family were very kind and gracious. Even though we did not understand each other’s language, everyone joyfully took the time to interpret to the best of their abilities. There were a couple of things we did not understand when we made the reservation - There was a daily fee for AC, which could only be run for a few hours (would turn off in middle of the night). Laundry fee was just for the use of the machine, you did it and hung it to dry yourself (different from other places I have stayed). For long stays (we stayed a month) you can pay for cleaning if you want. It was a lovely experience with kind caring people, who worked hard to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Yasemin Hanım ve eşi inanılmaz derecede dost canlısı. Hoş sohbetlerimiz oldu. Bir iş anlaşması gibi değil bir misafir gibi hissettik ailecek. Ev çok güzeldi ve temizdi. Havuzu her gün temizliyorlar. En küçük bir isteğimiz olduğunda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Kendilerini tanıdığımız için çok mutlu olduk. Bir daha Akyaka'da kalırsak kesinlikle bu evde kalmak isteriz. Dünyayı dolaşan bir aile olarak en huzurlu tatillerimizden birini bu evde yaşadık. Küçük bebeğimiz için oyuncaklar ve yatak da ayarladılar. Kendisi de evi, havuzu, kendilerini çok sevdi. Akyaka'nın en büyük sorunlarından birisi sivrisinek. Evin her yerinde tel kapı ve pencere sineklik korumaları var. Evin dış tarafı, çarşısı ve sokakları için sinek ilacı almalısınız. Yakın yerler için araba kiralamalısınız. Size özel park yeri de mevcut. Sizleri tanımıyorum ama bu evi sizlere tavsiye edebilirim.

This was one of the best AirBnB places I've ever had the privledge to stay at. The place is lovely, and the view of the sea spectacular. Everything was spotless and comfortable, and Bozburun a charming, low-key town. But what made it extraordinary were my incredible hosts, Gulnihal and Munir. They were the most charming and loving host I've ever come across, and by the end of the stay were were also friends. A once in a lifetime experience--until, inshallah, I do it again!

Çok güzel ve huzurlu bir ev. Ormanın karşısında sessiz sakin, bahçesi ve güzel çiçekleri, havuzu ve merkeze yakınlığı ile çok güzel bir tatil yapmamıza olanak sağladı. Saniye Hanım eve ulaşım ve giriş çıkış ile ilgili çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Evde herşey mevcuttu, hiç problem yaşamadık. Fotoğraflarda görülenlerin fazlası var eksiği yok. Saniye Hanım'a bize girişte ikram ettiği sepet için, çıkıştaki jesti için ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Eren Bey'in evi kalabalık gruplar için oldukça ideal ve çok kullanışlı bir ev. Konum olarak fazlasıyla iyi bir noktada. Kendisi de bize çok yardımcı oldu, tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Mutfağa kahve makinesi koyulursa ev mükemmele ulaşabilir ☺️

A lovely peaceful location set in an orchard. Only 1 Mile from Dalyan town centre. The pool is lovely, 3 Bathrooms is a bonus and comfortably sleeps 8. The local scenery and wildlife is lovely. Close to all the local activities but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil time with the family when you need it

My husband and I stayed at Defne Residence for 3 nights and wished we stayed for longer. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Defne . Defne is a charming host and provided recommendations for dinner and beaches in Selimiyede where we could swim . She was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to queries . The apartment is bright and airy and offers a spectacular view of the Aegean water from the balcony. It is located in a quiet complex of 4 appartments which have access to a beautiful infinity pool on the grounds. Parking and manoeuvring can be a bit tight if there are more than 3 cars in the car park area. The town of Selimiyede with its many cafes and restaurants and convenience stores is easily walkable in about 10 minutes. It’s a downhill walk and a walk back up. We loved the small town of Selimiyede and really enjoyed staying at Defne Residences. We would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

The Villa was great, super cute and pretty, felt very Turkish. The whole villa was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The pool is lovely, especially in such hot weather. We were very happy that every bedroom had AC, a must have in summer. Host communication was excellent. They met us on arrival and when the wifi was not working initially they fixed it immediately that same day and it was perfect for the rest of the week. We would recommend this villa to others coming to Dalyan!

Zeynep hanım son derece cana yakın ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. İletişimi kuvvetli. Kısa süreli gelmiş olmamıza rağmen evde vakit geçirirken çok keyif aldık. Konumu da etrafındaki işletmeler de çok güzeldi. Bir sonraki gezimizde daha uzun süreli kalma planımız dahilinde. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çok teşekkürler :)

Booked this place as a last minute break. Great location only 25 mins from the airport and 12 minutes walk to the town centre. A decent Hammam on your doorstep with a mini market less than 5 mins away. All bedrooms have ensuite and are tastefully decorated. Kitchen well equipped with all you will need for a stay here. Lounge TV area spacious and good selection of channels on the TV. Wi-Fi delivered internet access with no issues.Air-con was very efficient. Lots of garden space to enjoy with a mature garden. The pool was clean with tidy surrounds. The pool also cleaned on a daily basis. Would not rule out going back here again.

Eşim ve kızımla beraber çok rahat, konforlu güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Son derece güzel bir taş villa içerisinde sakin ve huzurlu bir konaklama yaşadık. İçerideki 3 villa, size özel alan sağlayacak kadar birbirinden uzaklıkta. Ortadaki havuz çok temiz ve hergün bakım ve temizliği yapılıyor. Vera Hanım sıcak ve yardımsever. Alman kalitesini ve Türk misafirperverliğini birarada yaşatıyor. İhtiyacınız olduğunda hemen ulaşıyorsunuz. Onun dışında pek görünmüyor. size özel zamanınızı yaşamanız için çok alan veriyor. yaklaşımları çok hoştu. Orhaniye deneyimini anlatmaya gerek yok. Her yere en fazla yarım saat. Dünyanın en güzel koyları…
