We had an exceptional stay with Murat as our host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly nice and responsive, regularly following up to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the linens and towels was impeccable, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Murat consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend everyone to experience his hospitality.

Öncelikle şunu söylemeliyim ki burayı biraz tesadüfen seçtik. Hakkında çok fazla yorum yoktu. (Öncelikle bu nedenle ayrıntılı bir yorum yazmak istiyorum.) Ancak sonuç beklediğimizin ötesinde bir tatil yaşamamızdı. Yerin sahipleri çok hoş insanlar. Mahremiyete önem verdikleri gibi, nezaketleri ve yerinde iletişimleri ile de kalplerimizi fethettiler. Konakladığımız yer sadece deniz gören, harika bir verandası olan, sakin, temiz, ayrıntıları düşünülmüş huzurlu ve doğal güzelliğiyle insanı etkileyen bir yerdi. Düşünsenize her sabah gözünüzü denize bakarak açıyorsunuz ve yine aynı biçimde yiyor, içiyor, tatil yapıyor ve uyuyorsunuz. Kaldığımız yerde küçük ayrıntılar bile dikkate alınmıştı. Ben klasik olarak her Airbnb tatilinde olduğu gibi zeytinyağı, baharat, şampuan, saç kremi dahil olmak üzere bir çanta hazırlamıştım ama ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Çantamı açmak zorunda bile kalmadım. Yerin özel bir plajı var. Bu konfor için bedelin az olduğunu bile düşünüyorum. Tavsiye ederim.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Villa ist bisschen außerhalb von Fethiyes Stadtkern. Ohne Mobilität ist es bisschen schwierig. Eine perfekte Sommer Location (generell sind hohe Räume mit den Klimageräten im Winter schwer zu heizen).

In all our stay was fantastic. The villa was gorgeous. The host was great helped us to locate a bag left on a trip and was always on hand straight away if we needed him. Stunning villa in a great location. Less than a 2 minute wald from a supermarket and 5 mins away from all the local shops and bars. Great views of the babadag mountains. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying at Erol’s place. The location is convenient, even though there is no public transportation nearby, but taxis arrive very quickly, and for 400 lira you can get to the city center. The beach is within walking distance from the house, but we also visited many other beaches around Fethiye. Erol was always available and helped with any questions we had. Thank you! We hope to come back again.

We very much appraciate our stay in this beautiful 1 bedroom apartments in a small condominium located in a walking distance to Marmaris historical center, port and bus station. The apratments are situated on a 2nd floor of a new building in a very private surroundings, with pine forest, the small and nice swimming pool and outside kitchen/barbeque area. The apartments were very clean nicely decorated and furnished, the kitchen was fully stoked. TV, AC, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and cloth washing machines are like new and works perfect. Nice and relaxing view from the balcony to the pool area and forest. Private parking is provided and very convinient. Definely will return back to this place next year. Highly recomment it.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

You can write a whole poem about how living in Filiz's house went. I was delighted with my stay in Yalikivak for a whole month. Filiz helped with everything, showed me interesting places, treated me to food and tea. I became very good friends with Filiz. The house was a little chilly in October, but the air conditioner on and a warm blanket saved me. All of Filiz's neighbors were happy to see me: they treated me to tea, gave me a ride home from the sea, someone gave me fruit, one woman gave me a jacket for my further journey, where it is colder than in Bodrum🥰 I was glad to see Bodrum, I hope to see you soon ❤️

Merkezi konumda.Villada ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak herşey mevcut.Aşkın Bey özellikle her konuda yardımcı oldu.Villa otantik ortam sevenler için harika çünkü eşyalar ona göre tasarlanmış.Yeni tasarım arayanlara uygun olmayabilir.Havuz fotodakinden biraz küçük.Ama derin olduğundan kullanışlı.Ev alışveriş yapma yerlerine yakın konumda.Güzel bir tatil oldu villa çok büyük.
