This apartment was as photos. clean bright and lovely for my husband and I with the occasional sleepover from my granddaughter in the cot provided. It is in a great position. You have the beach across the road to take a quick dip to the old town walking distance away. The beautiful marina was walking distance also. Ali's restaurant around the corner was fantastic for lunch or dinner and we enjoyed breakfast a few mornings at Bella Vista A drink in the evening at H20 was nice and all are very close and walking distance. Ioannis was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended this accommodation.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

Wir waren im Oktober 24 zu Gast bei Andreas und Anna. Sie haben uns jederzeit unterstützt. Die Wohnung ist modern, mit einer riesigen Terrasse, auf der im Sommer wohl das Leben stattfindet. Zum Meer ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang, der Strand war ruhig, etwas Kieselsteine, aber perfekt für schöne Schwimmstunden. Es gibt dort auch einen Kinderspielplatz. Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe (tagsüber fliegen sie dem Strand entlang), aber auch Rhodos-Stadt und der schöne Ausflugshügel Filerimos. In nächster Umgebung um die Wohnung hat es viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Boutiquen und Restaurants. Auch Andreas und Anna haben einen sehr schönen Souvenirladen. Danke nochmals für Eure Gastfreundschaft!

very cozy apartment directly on the beach with a wonderful sea. air conditioning working very well, no problems with water/hot water. Tanja always very kind all the time even if she is in south Africa. I really recommend her apartment and Tanja as a friendly and serious host

Beautiful villa. Location stunning

We enjoyed staying at this great place. It is located conveniently 5 minutes walk-away from the South end of the Stegna beach (1 minute by car with plenty of parking available at the bottom). The rental is a ground floor of a two story house, however no areas are shared. We didn’t use the BBQ as there were no supplies but I can imagine it being really nice sitting outside and cooking a meal. A special recommendation from Dimitrios was Stegna Fish restaurant and we loved it there. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Thank you for having us.

Aracınız için Evin hemen altında kendine ait özel otoparkı bulunuyor. Ayrıca evin hemen yanında bulunan fullmoon kampın bütün olanaklarından faydalanabiliyorsunuz. We enjoyed the stay and the village. Quiet and calm at this time of year which is what we had hoped for. Friendly Perfect beach spot opposite the apartment and in the afternoons we walked to the other end of the village to the stone beach where we were basically on our own. The apartment patio was also a nice restful area in the shade with a great view to the sea. To see the sunrise you need to walk a few hundred meters into the village, or climb the mountain/hill next to the apartment, which is what we did. A good week.

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

I had the most fantastic 9 nights in haraki .. the apartment is perfectly located directly across the pedestrian walkway straight onto the most beautiful beach. For me, paradise to wake every morning to the view and sound of the sea! To swim everyday before breakfast and then to sit outside on the patio to enjoy! The apartment is a good size and had everything for my stay, including a full size fridge/freezer and stove/cooker. I found the (back entrance) to the flat easily enough with Nikos’ instructions, but I have been to haraki many times and know the layout .. maybe not so easy if you don’t know the area, and you arrive in the dark! Restaurants all very good, with a fantastic selection for everyone, and easy to walk to. Also 2/3 small supermarkets for basics but there are some larger ones within 10 mins drive. Bed comfortable, if you prefer firm, although a side table/lamp would have been preferable instead of bright main light. Maybe some updating needed but overall fab!

Wir kommen gerade zurück von einer fantastischen Woche Urlaub im Haus von Manolis und Anastasia. Was einen dort echt umhaut ist die wunderschöne große Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer, von der man in wenigen Metern am Sandstrand und dann im Meer ist. Es gibt dort einen Esstisch mit gemütichen Stühlen, es gibt 4 gemütliche Liegen, es gibt eine Dusche und Sonnenschirme. Zusätzlich noch ein paar Bäume und Pflanzen in Töpfen am Rand. Man möchte da nicht mehr weg. Vermutlich ist das der einzige Nachteil: Man sieht nichts von der Insel, denn warum sollte man hier wegwollen??? Zum Haus selber: Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und haben Klimaanlage. Große Bett ist sehr bequem, die Matratzen in den Einzelbetten etwas hart. Küche ist jetzt nicht ultramodern, enthält aber alles was man benötigt und alles funktioniert gut. Bad klein, aber guter Wasserdruck und warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Kontakt super schnell und super hilfreich! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

We had wonderful days in Kos. The airbnb was very central and well equipped. The contact with Dimitra was super lovely and although we didn’t meet in person she made us feel at home. Thank you for having us! We definitely recommend this great apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Renata’s apartment in Kremasti! The location was easy to reach by bus and perfect for exploring the island, enjoying delicious local food, and relaxing on the nearby beach. Renata was incredibly friendly and always available to help, making us feel right at home. The only minor downside was some noise at night due to the main street nearby, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience. Overall, we highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Thank you, Renata, for a fantastic stay!

A nice apartment with everything you could need, and the roof garden is lovely. well positioned just a short walk from the old town, but still fairly easy to find parking and get out of the town to see the rest of the island. Definitely recommend!

Magdalene‘s place was very clean and matched the description on Airbnb. The kitchen had everything one could desire and there was even a small parasol to set up at the beach. It was truthfully a wonderful place to stay. Also, Magdalene is very responsive and gives clear instructions on how to check in and out. The location is perfect, the beach and many good restaurants right around the corner. Only thing was, that the hotel opposite the balcony had very loud music playing most of the time, which made it a bit unpleasant sitting outside besides the stifling heat, of course. Other than that there is nothing to complain about. Me and my friends enjoyed it very much and recommend the place for a stay in Rhodes.

We had a beautiful stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless & a really lovely space to feel at home. Nous avons adoré séjourné ici. La vue mer est imprenable depuis l'appartement. Il y a de la place pour se garer dans la rue et la mer est à 2 minutes à peine à pied. À chaque fois que nous rentrons, nous avons été accueilli par le chien Bella qui est adorable. L'hôte nous a amené du raisin, de l'eau et des petits cadeaux pendant notre séjour, ce qui était adorable. De plus, nous avons pu arriver au logement dès le matin après notre vol Nous recommandons fortement ! ✨

I stayed at George’s place with my mum and sister for 8 nights and we had a lovely time. We were greeted by his mum Casia and she was very welcoming. She was very friendly and helpful. When we requested additional things she immediately provided them. The view from the apartment was amazing and the beach is only 1 minute walk. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need as we cooked ourselves most days. The area was very quite and peaceful and we felt very safe. It’s only 15 mins drive to Rhodes old town which was also very convenient. The communication with George was excellent. We had a slight issue with the aircon and he got it repaired very quickly. There are lots of restaurants, small and big supermarkets, gift shops, etc. We enjoyed watching the airplanes landing to the nearby airport and also the cure land train which provides sightseeing tours. We’d definitely come back and recommend George’s place.

We had a fab few days at Karen’s place with beautiful views of Turunc bay. There were 7 of us and we felt there was just enough space, rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The free shuttle from Loryma to the beach and town was very useful. It doesn’t run all day so a bit of pre-planning is needed around the timings. The resort has enough on site facilities such as games room, gym and pool to stay busy on-site. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated so can feel chilly quickly, but it is clean, well kept and a good size for swimming lengths and casual swimming.
