The Lodge more than met our needs as a base to explore the northern highlands. The many creature comforts helped to make us feel truly at home. The weather was so kind for the time of year allowing us to make full use of the hottub at the end of long days exploring. Our children couldn't get up early enough to "help" feed the neighbouring Highland Coos. We can't wait to come back next year to see how much they have grown.

Great Airbnb, will likely look for this property again if visiting the area. Responsive hosts and nice welcome pack, even a dog welcome pack! Would recommend to others.

A cosy, comfortable and beautiful cottage in amazing surroundings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was such a treat and very relaxing to use in the evenings, listening to the river and seeing the stars. It was great being able to just step out the door and enjoy time walking by the river, and the children loved exploring and seeing the animals. A peaceful escape from every day life as well as being a handy distance to both Inverness and Nairn. Thank you for such a lovely few days!

From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Very cosy and welcoming. There was a well appointed kitchen and very pleasant dining area, the garden was beautiful with a 'hot tub' which we didn't use and there were plenty of towels and a couple of bathrobes which we did use. Rosemarkie itself is a lovely village which we have visited many times and this house is 2 minutes from a super sandy beach. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Had a wonderful week in Moy cottage. Alasdair provided great detailed directions which got us there no bother. We loved the location, beautiful countryside and next to a farm. The house is big and has plenty of space for our family, modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kids also loved the games rooms. We also enjoyed getting the hot tub fired up!

This was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were great. Very close to Loch Ness (beach in Dores). Lovely, rural setting.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Maureen's House. The house is beautiful with lots of amenities and was spotlessly clean. It is also in a very peaceful location, close to all that Aviemore has to offer. The house has a lovely big garden, my little boys loved running about the grass in the sunshine. Maureen was a very friendly host who responded to messages promptly. I would highly recommend this listing and would definitely like to stay here again if was visiting the area.

We had a brilliant 4 day break at this lovely wee cottage. There was absolutely everything we needed for our stay and we loved all the extra wee decorative touches Brett has added too. We were blessed with sun every day and breakfast in the cute wee garden was a great way to start each day. Loved that we were 1 minutes walk from the beach and did a lot of exploring along this beautiful part of the coast. We even did a bit of body boarding in the sea too!! Would definitely stay again.

When you stay here, you’re staying in peace and tranquility. The cottage has everything you need, with everything to get you started such as teas and coffees (just remember your own milk). The owners allow dogs, but you wouldn’t know as when we arrived there were no signs of dog hair (nor smell!). The cottage overlooks farmland and we saw rabbits hopping along whilst we washed up. The owners were lovely, friendly and welcoming, but left us in peace too. It’s a great place for exploring the mountains and coastline and I’d definitely return.

A beautiful little cottage in the Cairngorms. Ideal location for local walks. Not too far from Aviemore and Grantown-On-Spey.

Spent a great week here with family, and we all felt at home. The property feels nice and secluded but is only a 10 minute drive from everything you need. loads of options for days out with or without kids and walks within reasonable driving distance. Bea was always easy to contact and very nice to communicate with if needed. highly recommend

Fantastic couple of nights in the lovely cosy cottage in Nairn. Really close to the beach and the town, pretty much everything in walking distance. The cottage was very well presented and everything was clean and worked perfectly. Stayed with the 4 of us and our dog and we were all very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended

We loved our stay at Ann Marie’s place. It was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Thought has clearly been given to what is in the cottage - we used the dvds and books. We followed some of Ann Marie’s recommendations for local places to visit. Overall it was great and we would go back.

Findhorn is a beautiful place to stay. And in David’s house we felt right away at home. Especially the fire place was the best I have experienced so far. Easy to light up without fire starters just newspaper and the fire place develops very quickly a cozy warmth. The bathroom is well done. We loved the shower and our 8months old kid loved it as well. The kitchen had everything we needed so for one week you can enjoy nature, watch wild animals and birds, stay at the beach or enjoy walks in nearby pine forests. The next Lidl is not far as well and Forres as a city is very pleasant to walk and enjoy coffee. So we would love to come back soon

Great place for a Highland getaway. A brilliant base for lots of cycling, although plenty other beautiful countryside if cycling's not your thing. Would recommend.

This is a gorgeous cottage with so many good points - outside space is stunning and there is a lovely walk down to the beach. The cottage is well resourced and relaxing. Everything you need to prepare food is easy to locate and its very clean and tidy. I found the cottage fresh and modern and it felt like a home. The bathroom was lush and the wee corner ensuite toilet and basin were cute and handy for my mum. Loved it all.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway. Nestled in a peaceful, scenic location, the cottage offered the ideal balance of comfort and tranquility. Andrew is a great host, extremely kind and helpful. we needed an early check-in at the last min and Andrew was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked witj a fresh loaf of bread and the living room was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed the peaceful sound of nature in the background. The outdoor space was equally wonderful, with a lovely patio. Andrew our host is exceptional, providing clear communication and his thoughtful gestures won our hearts! We look forward on unwinding with loads of great movies and books
