Nice room. We loved the staff and enjoyed staying in a place that also helps the community. The breakfast was good and available very early on our trekking days. We also had so much fun in the music dance program. The performing Women were talented.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au Flamingo. L'emplacement est idéalement situé au centre-ville, sécure et proche de toutes commodités. Le personnel du Flamingo est très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et fait le maximum pour rendre votre séjour agréable. De plus, chaque matin, vous avez droit à un délicieux petit déjeuner qui est compris dans le prix de la nuitée. Vous pouvez également commander un repas sur place à un bon prix. Il y a également le Wi-Fi. Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande vivement. Merci encore.

Alain place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Alain was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently found myself in the area while on a motorcycle trip around Rwanda, and I reached out to Colin for a place to stay as it was getting dark. Colin and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Upon my arrival, they gave me a lovely tour of their home, which was comfortable and inviting. I appreciated their hospitality and warmth—just what I needed after a long day on the road. I went to bed soon after and woke up early the next day, feeling refreshed and ready to hit the road again. I would highly recommend staying with Colin and his wife if you're in the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Francois's please is truly relaxing, it felt like vacation from the start. Francois is a very friendly host, "un grand homme"! His team is also very supportive and hospitable. We can truly recommend to stay at Francois's place as it's near the beach and the garden is beautiful for starting your day with special bird sounds. The breakfast is also outstanding. Overall, we will come back to Francois when we are visiting Gisenyi as we really had a special time.
