Good place to stay in Altus. The pictures that are posted don't do this house justice. Based on the pictures, the house looks bare and uninviting (to me, anyway); however, this could not be further from reality. This house was great. It has cozy beds and cozy living space. The house will sleep seven but only has room for five people to sit in the living room and four at the table. We brought in one of the lawn chairs to seat the 5 of us at the table who stayed there. There is also only one bathroom, but it is roomy and clean. There were four metal lawn chairs and a table but no real outside seating. A barbeque pit and/or an outdoor fire pit would have been nice. The best part of this place was its location, location, location. It was within 0.5 miles of the Post and Bethal wineries, and if you start your tasting at the Auxark Winery, you end the tastings right near the house in case you tasted a little too much. This is a good place to stay if you are going in a group.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and resourceful. We needed to make some last minute extension requests due to the work we are doing in the area, and all of them were granted. Thank you for hosting our team! The property was exactly as described.

This place was perfect for the groomsmen to stay for my son’s wedding! So spacious and clean! 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is amazing. We had a group of 10 and none of us wanted to leave. Google maps took us right to the ranch and the property is perfectly maintained and was easy to get around. The Hannah house is a very large house and with 10 people we never felt cramped at all. Would recommend this place to anyone. Well worth it.

The house was perfect for us! I love the neighborhood and all the beautiful craftsman style homes. The beds were both very comfortable and the couches comfy! We look forward to staying in late spring when the trees are leafing out and the crepe Myrtles are blooming!

Comfortable, clean home with everything you need. Kitchen was stocked nicely and plenty of bathroom towels. We were just driving through and stayed 1 night. Would definitely stay again. Nice grocery store a few miles away.

This was our second stay at Katie’s places, and it was perfect again. If it’s too hot or too cold for adventure sports camping in Arkansas, this is the place to go. Two big thumbs up!

Everything was perfect. Daniel was very responsive. The location is right in heart of Dickson Street but it was very peaceful and quiet. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location if you are looking to stay close to all the Dickson Street fun. Easy to walk to campus. Great coffee shop next store and so many things to do downtown. We will definitely stay here again, especially to try to enjoy the beautiful patio! It had recently snowed so we didn’t get to enjoy that like we hoped but there is always next time!

We were visiting U of Arkansas for the first time, and this was the perfect location. It's walking distance to both the campus and plenty of restaurants/bars. The building is very unique, and the unit must be well insulated, because we barely heard anyone else the entire stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is one of the most comfortable and well done air bnbs I have stayed in. From the incredible view and balcony to the cozy bed which the linens were freshly cleaned and the towels even they were lovely. incredible and now days I don't always feel that way always, thus exceeded all expectations.

Great spot if you are there for a campus visit. In the heart of the action of the school and Dickson street. Staying here you really get a feel of the college life the U of Ark offers. The ease of the parking lot and getting in/out of the unit was lovely. We will stay here again next time we visit.
