Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Very quite and peaceful. We were in town to attend an ATU football game. Great location for that. Close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing. Billie Ann was a great host. Very thoughtful and communicative. Hope to stay again sometime.

Southern comfort was fabulous!!! We enjoyed our stay. Eveything was cozy and clean. I plan to stay here again. The only downside was I couldn’t bring my dog. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay Trena !!

We had a great stay at Riverbend! We were getting married while staying there and the hosts were kind enough to leave us a gift and a congratulatory card! So very thoughtful. The space was clean and tidy, and there were clear instructions left for check out. Would 10/10 recommend!

Our stay here was great!!! The house was spotless and decor was so cool and beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us and so much to do at the house. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball, tree swing, and awesome park just blocks away. It was perfect for Spring Break with our kids from 10-18, everyone loved it! Pamela was easy to communicate with. Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Evan was responsive and polite. The location is so convenient to UARK, MLK, Dickinson and local faves. Loved the decor!

Good location, very clean and comfortable.

You can’t beat the location! Close to Dickson St and restaurants! I was in town for my daughter’s sorority Mom’s Weekend and we were able to walk to the house from the apartment. The only downside is along with the convenience of being close to everything it’s somewhat loud at night….which really can’t be avoided in this area (Dickson St & the train), but Annsley provided a white sound machine to help distract the sound.

Their place was great for just my husband and I while we were in town for Eagles baseball games.

Nice spot and easy to walk to most of the restaurant options in Jasper. The kitchen is really just for coffee and very simple (i.e. microwave) meals; there is no oven or stove top. Quick drive to lots of the various outdoor activities in the area.

It’s a perfect location if you’re looking for somewhere right off Dickson and walkable from the stadium. We loved staying there and will definitely stay there again! And a really good host as well

What a fabulous weekend! We escaped all the crowds after the Razorback football game and got to spend more time with our son that’s a student at U of A. Our younger son came along and really enjoyed the creek/river time with the dogs. He caught a crawdads NF practiced skipping rocks. We were very comfortable and didn’t want to leave. This place was exactly what we needed!

Very clean, cute, and functional stay in Fort Smith- super close to UAFS as well! No complaints!

What a WONDERFUL place and host!! Flew in for a concert and we were able to have an early check in… there were snacks and a bottle of wine!! Once settled in, we walked everywhere we wanted to go and it was so covenant. So many YUMMY places to eat and hang out!! Super comfy beds and relaxing living space… felt right at home… kind of wish I did live there!!! Would definitely stay again!!!

We loved our stay! The home was extremely clean and well stocked. The only feedback I would provide is the beds were not the most comfortable but bedding was nice. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great home not a long walk from Dickson bars is was vary clean and everything I thought it was going to be for sure will keep this place in my book in case I wanna go back

Had a great stay with Wanderlust Co. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. There was only one parking spot available on site, however. Overall great experience.

Fantastic location! Comfortable and welcoming. The directions to locate and access the property were super helpful. Other comments regarding the outside noise are correct but the walkable location is worth it!
