Brianna was a great host. The place was clean, easy to find and spacious. Brianna was communicative and descriptive.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

This place is great. Great location and a great apartment with everything you need -including a complimentary. bottle of wine. Communicating with hosting company was easy and helpful. Would highly recommend this Airbnb in Fayetteville.

Very beautiful peaceful home Stayed here for two weeks for a work visit. Host were friendly and responsive.

The space is clean, quiet, safe, and had everything I needed for a long stay. A few issues did arise which wasn’t ideal however Joyce was always helpful and would quickly resolve the issues. Overall was a nice stay.

Comfortable lower priced place. Nice mattress and very easy parking. Very quiet and verdant neighborhood, well located in northwest Arkansas. Spacious place and cheaper than a motel. It was a little bit rustic, not like a luxury hotel, but just perfect for our needs.

Cool Little spot, very clean and awesome art on the walls. There’s a desk so you can work absolutely cool little spot to get away from the hustle and bustle but be right there within a minute and a half of getting on a major highway of NWA.

This air bnb is lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. We were close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for fishing on Lake Dardanelle! Plenty of room to park the boat and close to the ramp to launch. Doug was quick to respond and assist with a small issue getting inside when we got there. Overall a wonderful experience and lovely place to stay and would return for a future visit!

Great place to stay. Very walkable being on the bike trail. The street is busy during the day but quiet at night. Hallie was very responsive to any issues we ran into.

Our stay was great, as a matter of fact we are staying there next time in Fayetteville. Very clean, beds were comfortable, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the town

I had a very pleasant stay. This was not my first stay and it won't be my last! Easy check in, comfortable space, very convenient location to everything surrounding U of A, easy walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, and a very responsive host! Quite honestly, the price was very reasonable in comparison to other comparable properties. I will definitely stay again soon.

Very convenient location- close to every thing. Super cute decor! Friendly hosts :) A little loud at night- but that is to be expected on a busy street in a college town.
