Wonderful place picture were actual like on Airbnb.. Every room was beautiful and had their own private balcony.. All rooms were clean. The host was very friendly and very welcoming.. I would recommend this place.. I will definitely will be back real soon..

This place was amazing for our week in St Maarten. Huge 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities you would ever need. We felt safe with the 24/7 security. Close to Maho beach and Mullet Bay. Our stay was comfortable and Simona went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We had a great stay in a great place. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Pool and beach area were better than you can imagine. Overall, very relaxing, beautiful and clean Rental.

My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying in John’s beautiful oceanfront penthouse which happened to be an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, it had breathtaking views of the ocean stretching across the balcony. The condo was more than spacious which accommodated our party of eight. The penthouse itself is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and amenities. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, each with its own distinctive design. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bathrooms were large with plenty of space although we did have a small issue of not having access to one of the full bathrooms which was a little disappointing, however we were in & out exploring mostly and ended up sharing the bathrooms that we had. Overall, John’s condo is a true gem! We can't wait to return next year to create more wonderful memories with our family!

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

Jacques place was just like listed. Well equipeed for cooking. Jacques got back to me quickly when I messaged him.. Jacques and his wife were very friendly when we met them poolside many times. The pool there was very big and always clean. Many places to walk to for eats day or night. Very safe.There is a poolside bar that has good food to. I highly recommend Jacques place and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Fantastic stay at AquaMarina! The location is fantastic, as its very close to restaurants and nightlife. The pool is beautiful. It's also walkable to padel and pickleball courts. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our Host Jamila was very responsive and made checking in and out very easy. 10/10 experience.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Cliff and it was everything we remembered and more. the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Someone is always cleaning or doing some sort of maintenance to the property to keep it pristine! the pool renovation is beautiful and a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. the beach is easily accessible and virtually private with very little interruptions other than some boats passing by. the pictures dont do this place justice. my husband made use of the spa amenities everyday with the sauna and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach -he essentially had a hydrotherapy circuit routine every morning. this apartment itself is well maintained and was exactly as advertised. our favorite spot was on the balcony enjoying the perfect views of the ocean. We have so many spots on the island close by as far as restuarants and two grocery/markets. there are also many rest. in a close drive. when we come back to St Martin, i'm staying here again!

Our unit was a great get away from our busy life. The view of the water was amazing and were able to watch boats, ships, and planes while sipping our coffee in the morning and beverage in the evening. The unit was equipped with coffee machine AND nespresso maker. We were lucky enough to find it already had filters which made running to to market for coffee only. Plenty of fridge/freezer storage but with market prices, we ate out mostly. We already miss being there and look forward to going back in the future. For anyone booking, don't forget the cave on the beach! (we almost did) Easy to walk to and enjoy an evening escape for a picnic/wine. Beach is never busy.

Absolutely beautiful condo w/an incredible view of the Caribbean Ocean, the stunning, infinity pool (only 2 years old), and nearby Mullet Bay Beach (our favorite)! Great communication with host; very clean and relaxing place! Host was kind to provide some extra essentials - much appreciated! Check in was easy, but FYI as we didn’t realize all breakers must be turned on for AC (operator error/minor detail). Pool noise does carry up to the balcony, but cannot hear inside (not the host’s fault/quiet early am and after sunset). Fantastic location as your walkable to a grocery store (<5 mins), Port O’ Cupecoy(15-20 mins/slightly less $ store), Fat Tony’s & bakery in Jordan Village (15mins), Mullet Bay Beach(15 mins) w/calm turquoise waters), and a 30 mins stroll to Maho Village & Bay Beach! Loved the place & hope to stay on future SXM adventures! Thank you, John, for sharing your “slice of Heaven!”

This place was wonderful, very big and cozy. The building is beautiful, the indoor and outdoor pool was fabulous including the sauna! Best sunsets !!

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à villa Blu Azur. Tout est spacieux, bien pensé et décoré avec goût. Les lits sont particulièrement confortables, ce qui a rendu nos nuits vraiment reposantes. La terrasse était un vrai coup de cœur, avec une vue incroyable sur le lagon et l’île d’Anguilla. Chaque moment passé là-bas était absolument magique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la salle de sport complète et le sauna! C’était un vrai plus pour rendre notre séjour encore plus spécial. Un autre atout majeur de cette villa est son emplacement idéal. Nous étions à quelques minutes de Maho et des plages, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des environs sans avoir à faire de longs trajets. Enfin, un grand merci à Alexandra pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec rapidité et nous a donné des recommandations précieuses pour découvrir des lieux formidables. Une expérience à refaire sans hésiter, merci encore pour ce séjour.

Had a very nice time. Staff downstairs was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. Will definitely book again.

We spent 4 nights here for work and absolutely loved the view. I spent hours every day on the balcony in the very comfortable chairs. The kitchen could use some TLC with the appliances but nothing bad enough to deter a stay. The only odd part of the condo is that there is no general tv. The only TVs are in the bedrooms so you can’t watch together as a group. Other than that, we loved that it was quiet, had a beautiful pool, could walk to several restaurants, the grocery store, and the beach and that the AC actually kept it COLD. I recommend for any travelers looking for a place to stay with the comforts of a resort without the people. Thanks Emmanuel.
