Perfect location, convenient to beach, stores,restaurants . Comfortable apartment

Absolutely beautiful, the view was gorgeous! Nearby walking distance to alot of great eats, especially the shawarma place. Right across the street from the pier for the Anguilla tour that we booked on Viator. The rooftop pool was so pretty and the deck was pretty cool. Loved having the large windows in the living room open at night, the fresh air made it so relaxing. The glass backsplash above the stove was so unique. Might steal that idea for my own place. Very clean, very put together with everything we needed. Overall would love to stay again, a bit expensive but it's currently tourist season, so maybe the price may be better in the off season.

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

My husband,son and I loved our stay. The location was fantastic right on the water with beautiful crystal clear waters. The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. It’s very spacious, luxurious and clean. The location is awesome you are right on the boardwalk with many shops and restaurants around. It’s right next to the marina so a great location to do a boat ride at the neighbouring islands. Jolanda our host was fantastic with outstanding customer service and very flexible and accommodating with the goal for my family to enjoy our vacation. I would without a doubt stay here again. We loved the nights with breezes though the balconies listening to the waves ease us to sleep.

La estadía fue excelente, el departamento tiene una vista hermosa y acceso a la playa muy fácil. Es un departamento amplio, limpio, ordenado. Amélie nos ayudó en todo, desde el inicio, ya que viajamos con un bebé. Es muy amable, si volvemos a la isla vamos a alquilar este lugar nuevamente.

Lovely stay at Laurence and Alain’s place. Close enough to the amazing restaurants of Grand Case, but far enough away from the noise of the beach clubs. Spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the ocean - a dream to wake up to in the morning. It’s a great base to explore the French side of the island, but still only a 15 minute drive from the Dutch side. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Alex is very responsive and meets you for check in. He even made sure there was snorkeling gear that would fit my kids. The place is exactly as described. The balcony is amazing. We spent many hours out there. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked well. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is just across the street and a great place to swim and enjoy the beach. There are some rocks so I would recommend water shoes. Otherwise it’s perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Amazing stay!! So cozy and peaceful. Amazing views and a very relaxed vibe. The living space is gorgeous. We loved the many amenities that were offered! The pool is amazing and the private beach is a beautiful oasis. Isabelle is very lovely to interact with and was quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend and hope to stay there again in the future!

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

Just spent a week in paradise with the family (2 adults and 2 teens)! Truly spotless home with a million dollar view. Was able to hike around the nearby nature preserve in the mornings. Also, enjoyed sipping espresso with the spectacular view. The pool was refreshing and this home is located near Orient Beach which is the nicest beach on the French side and great with water sports. We also loved having access to the kayaks and heading to Pinel Island to snorkel and saw turtles, iguanas, crabs and fish while leveraging the snorkel gear provided. Lots of great food nearby including French bakeries, Pepe pizza and we had the most amazing last dinner at Le Gourmet which is in nearby Anse Marcel. Also enjoyed the Lolo’s in Grand Case. We also cooked in some nights, including leveraging the grill and found everything needed including seasoning and olive oil etc. There also were special little touches like the island rum, fresh juice and fruit upon our arrival. I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – One of the Best Airbnbs Ever! Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was absolutely amazing—super responsive, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to provide us with the best recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities. The property itself was stunning—clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the island. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay seamless and stress-free. St. Martin has officially become one of my favorite destinations, and a huge part of that is because of how perfect this Airbnb experience was. We are definitely coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing villa close to everything on the Island! We loved the short drive to Mullet Beach and back! Villa outdoor space is incredible and we loved the pool! Enough space for everyone, and a lovely host + daily cleaning! Would highly recommend this villa!

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly speechless. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning scenery, making it the perfect escape. The villa itself was a solid 5/5—beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A special shoutout to Danielle, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was so kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, and there was some construction on the beach in front of the villa in the mornings, which woke us up. But honestly, everything else was so incredible that it didn’t take away from the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a breathtaking and unforgettable getaway

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Veldig bra leilighet og plassen leiligheten ligger på. Stort sett alt ok. Kunne vært litt bedre rensing av bassengene men alt i alt veldig bra.

Very nice accommodations. Bars, restaurants, beaches and casinos all walkable, which is what we love about this location. Check-in was very easy. Our host was very prompt with response to anything we needed. The pool area and gardens are lovely.

This is my second visit this year to Sue’s place. It feels like home to my sister and I during the week that we stay here. This is exactly how a beach house should feel. Super clean with modern amenities without taking the beach house thing too serious. Location is super convenient and steps from the beach with a pool at your patio door. The unit has all of the conveniences that a beach house would such as chairs, coolers, beach toys…the Supermarket, restaurants, and shops are all a walk through the complex parking lot. The hosts meet you at check in and check out so you feel secure knowing that they are on the island and are a text away if needed. They embody friendliness from the moment that you meet them. You can’t ask for more in a beach house in a beautiful village with friendly people.
