Lovely little studio in the heart of Byron. I've stayed in different homes around town, but this location is one of my favorite, because it's private, but also central. There isn't a lot of private outdoor space to relax if that's what you're looking for spaciousness. The studio has everything you might need; I loved cooking in there, too. It a typical guesthouse setup, so it's in the backyard of the owner's which you can hear their music, so not super private in that sense, if you're planning on spending time in there. Easy communication though about stuff like that. Definitely recommend!

My family of 4 has just spent a relaxing week at Nicky's apartment. The location was incredible.. The apartment is newly and tastefully renovated and set up with everything you need and more. Facilities (pool, sauna, tennis court, games room) at the apartment are great. Nicky is super helpful and responsive. there's so much space in this apartment and the view down to Greenmount and Snapper rocks is divine. It's a very peaceful apartment. Coolangatta has so much to do, great restaurants, Kirra beach and Rainbow Bay are at your doorstep so plenty of choices for beach days. This apartment is doable without a car, all amenities are at your doorstep on foot. (supermarket and shopping centre is a 5 min walk). highly recommend this apartment. We love Cooly and will def be back to stay Nicky! Thanks so much.

I didn’t personally stay here but my mum brother and sister did they really enjoyed their stay and will definitely be back again next year thank you Glenn What a great experience for them and you guys were very good to communicate with. Would recommend.😃

Lovely and comfortable place to stay visiting Gold Coast. All things needed and more provided. Walkable distance from shops and cafes. Unit is well decorated with personal styles- love the artworks and vinyl records!

Amazing stay. Worth every cent. The place was pristine and everything available. Stayed for 9 nights but we wish we could stay longer. Sometimes we had to force ourselves out as the view was so lovely.

Loved our stay. Very much like a cabin or cottage. Be aware that the bathroom is on the bottom floor and the suite is up a flight of stairs. It was a good thing unless you don’t like stairs. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The listing needs to update the wifi instructions but they can be found in the suite. The place had everything we needed and more. Would go back for sure!

This place was an absolute gem! Surrounded by stunning natural scenery, it was the perfect spot to unwind and disconnect. The home was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Every detail was taken care of to make the stay as relaxing as possible. One of the highlights was the outdoor bathtub, soaking under the open sky, surrounded by nature, was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Lovely peaceful long weekend spent here. Beautiful outlook. Nice and clean and tidy. Close to a few little towns for essentials but pack yourself some food and enjoy cooking together in the kitchen or out on the Argentinian bbq. We loved the tree house for the kids and the little touches left by the host for things to do while we were there. A perfect spot for kids and adults to spend time together. Thank you for having us.

Utterly amazing! This was the best stay I have ever had, we went away for a girls trip and we could not have dreamt of a better stay / situation. Every piece of this house was set up perfectly, with no detail missed. The dual ovens and fridges were a life saver for entertaining, the beds were comfortable, the showers were always hot and there was every utensil / glassware option you could ask for. We had an excellent time with all of us wanting to stay longer. If you are after a beautiful stay in a what can only be described as a Barbie dream house look no further!

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. the location was excellent, walkable to town and the beach without the hustle and bustle of town. the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the best super comfy. we all had a bathroom, too! loved the pool for an afternoon dip. we will be booking for next year !

Such a warm welcoming home. Accommodated 8 adults easily. A basket of nibbles and bottle of red was left for us to enjoy. The house was equipped with everything required plus more. The swimming pool was clean and very refreshing for an afternoon/evening dip. Wonderful breezy front verandah that seats 8 comfortably along with a comfy day bed. Shops and beach nearby was the icing on the cake!

The pictures fall short of capturing how lovely this experience is.... and the breezes off the ocean are delicious. l saw some comments about the upstairs bed, I found it deeply comfortable and I loved having that room. There is a lot of thoughtfulness in the amenities and the kitchen is GREAT for cooking. It's all so peaceful too, really deep sleeps. And location is divine for everything in the area.

We booked a long stay in Byron Bay and felt very much at home. Directly after booking Julia was already on top of things, helping us out when we had questions and even arranging child seats for the bikes for us to use, making it much more convenient to get into town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kids very much enjoyed the many books and (beach) toys. Thank you Julia!
