It's really an amazing place,only one thing that I felt was all the bed rooms had a door that could open out side. And the studio Appartment had a door just to our living room we're a bit privacy was lost. Rest it's well done place neat and we were the first guest to move in.

Amazing spot for a stay in Bandra west. Close to many excellent coffee shops and restaurants. Unit is very private and quiet. Had all the needed amenities plus nice add ons like bottled water jug for the stay. Kitchen well equipped for cooking too. The roof top terrace in beautiful in the night time! Would highly recommend for your stay in Bandra West. The location also made it easy for traveling to others areas Bombay.

We spent two nights in the apartment at Palatial. It was great, and the contact with Neraj was uncomplicated. We used the apartment as a base to explore Mumbai. The location in Bandra is excellent. We'd love to stay here again next time!

It is a very nice and cozy place. I travel to Mumbai often, and always try to stay in West Bandra. Beautiful and peaceful area with a lot of places to see, or just walk around. I loved this apartment a lot, it has a unique combination of privacy, but you somehow feel included in the life of the neighborhood. A very nice set up with personal entrance, 'hut' type room with high roof, and wooden window shutters - really cozy and special. Amenities are in good order and very decent. The only thing I was missing is water filter, which I am used to see in Mumbai apartments, though the host or housekeeper was thoughtful to provide several bottles of drinking water when I checked in - much appreciated. The place was clean, no issues whatsoever. The house staff guy who helped me with check in and check out was very friendly and caring, thank you. All in all - highly recommended!

Gilchrist was really helpful, responsive and prompt with his responses though we contacted him in the midnight, just a few hours before arrival. We booked the place last minute and still he was quick in providing the confirmation. We were arriving in the early morning, he still made sure we reached safely from the airport and checked in comfortably. Would highly recommended the place. We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Ritesh's place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, the place is very spacious, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see.. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at your property! The place is absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation comfortably housed our group of 15 people, and everyone was able to enjoy the peaceful environment and ample space. The property is well-maintained, and we appreciated the care you’ve put into it. A couple of small suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to include more detailed information about the pool rules, especially regarding the restriction on morning use. Additionally, it might be good to mention in the listing description that guests will only receive one can of 20 litre for drinking water, and any extra water must be purchased. This would help with preparation and planning. Also, when entering Yeoor Hills, there is a gate where a fee is required to access the hillside. It would be helpful for guests to know this in advance, so they can be prepared for the cost, Over All great stay

Had an extremely smooth experience. Glad we took a chance on this new listing. The place was very tastefully done, we loved the interesting layout and attention to detail. There was freshly ground coffee kept for us before we arrived and some treats in the mini fridge. We appreciated the cleaner who made sure we come back to a clean bathroom and kitchen everyday. Soma was extremely helpful and available whenever we needed. The place is perfect for 3 people with a lot more space than you can expect from Bombay apartments. The interesting facts about the house like the 100yr tiles and Geoffrey Bawa inspired interiors made it even more special. The location of the house is ideal if you want to be close to Bandra. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Adil’s place was really home away from home. It was quiet, homely and comforting with quite a great view of the city. It is walking distance to the monorail station and around 10 mins via cab to the nearest local station. It is definitely a very comfortable and affordable stay and a must visit the next time you’re in Mumbai!

We felt that the place looks even better in person than the photos. it's got a wonderful vintage charm to it that we really liked. While the area outside might not be the best, with all the construction and narrow lanes, the AirBnb is actually beautifully made. As a visitor/tourist, it's very close to all South Bombay areas and cabs are easily available. even the local station is close by with a metro station under construction nearby. I highly recommend this. The caretaker is very helpful, available and gives you proper privacy. The owner is also very sweet and was very proactive throughout our entire stay.

There are no words!!! It felt just at HOME. It was clean and the maid came everyday. The surrounding and neighborhood had lots to do. The building was private and the security made made it even more safer. I initially booked it for couple days and had to extend it for 2 weeks. I didn't feel like leaving the place😭 highly highly recommended!!
