The location of the property is awesome with loads of eateries nearby. The check in was easy and the building staff is helpful. The place was absolutely clean and well maintained along with a well stocked kitchen and toiletries. Perfect place for women travellers/friends.

Its a spacious studio apartment with basic utensils in kitchen. I loved my stay there. The checkin process was smooth.

Farhan's place met my expectations in every way! Farhan himself was an exceptional host - extremely responsive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. The apartment matched the description perfectly, and the location was incredibly convenient with everything I needed just a stone's throw away. My only minor suggestion would be that the area can get a bit noisy in the mornings due to the nearby airport. However, this was actually a bonus for me since the airport was a mere 10-minute drive away! Overall, I'd give Farhan's place a well-deserved 10/10. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Apartment was totally perfect! in a great neighborhood with a huge mall nearby, all kinds of markets very nearby and easily walkable. Also, a great location to catch and uber, taxi, or auto rickshaw. Apartment was pristine and the A/Cs were perfect for the warm weather in Mumbai. I will reserve with City Homes By Ashiyaanaa again for my next visit to Mumbai. A great spot to stay in Bandra. Quick and easy to get to from BOM airport and lots to do around the airbnb. Easy to get taxis or autos! The space was just what we needed for a group of six - each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge plus!! The hosts were very communicative. Great stay, would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at your property! The place is absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation comfortably housed our group of 15 people, and everyone was able to enjoy the peaceful environment and ample space. The property is well-maintained, and we appreciated the care you’ve put into it. A couple of small suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to include more detailed information about the pool rules, especially regarding the restriction on morning use. Additionally, it might be good to mention in the listing description that guests will only receive one can of 20 litre for drinking water, and any extra water must be purchased. This would help with preparation and planning. Also, when entering Yeoor Hills, there is a gate where a fee is required to access the hillside. It would be helpful for guests to know this in advance, so they can be prepared for the cost, Over All great stay

This is little hidden gem of a stay. Kamran (host) was keen to be helpful and proved trustworthy. The accommodation is adequate for a solo traveller. There is a gym close by and is in a fairly peaceful, leafy area. All basic necessities are close by, stores, market etc. The accommodation is merely a 10 minute walk to the Madh - Versova ferry jetty point.

Cozy space in the heart of the city. Matches the description, nicely done up and well furnished. The seaface is a short walk away, great for an evening walk. We found it to be very warm and welcoming. Simran has a well-stocked pantry, making it very easy to whip up your snacks. The only thing that takes getting used to, is the bathroom and toilet being on separate levels minus a basin, the only small detail that would have probably made it an 11/10. But great stay all-in-all!

Excellent villa absolutely near to Mumbai Perfect getaway if you looking for less travel and more chill. The care taker is pretty prompt and helpful And Himani the POC was also extremely kind and responsive throughout the time.

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

Zag’s place was just as described..besides he is extremely responsive to any messages you may send and has solutions to almost everything. The place itself is extremely clean n stylish too…the cleaning service provided daily is a big help . All in all a wonderful place to stay.. looking forward to my next stay here which is happening very soon!

Molly and I had a great long weekend seeing Mumbai for the first time. Amit's place was a great base for an authentic experience of Mumbai in the heart of the city. Mumbai never sleeps and is a noisy, wonderful metropolis that makes it such a special place. If you are a light sleeper, having earplugs to hand is recommended if staying at Amit's place (or anywhere in the city for that matter) as the area is full of life at all times. Great value for money, considering location, AC, 2 bathrooms, and a small balcony. It's on the 13th (top) floor of an apartment located just 20-30 min away from airport, very close to Phoenix MarketCity. The apartment building is quite old, so the fixtures and appliances in the flat are a bit old, but everything worked & at the price of listing, it was a great deal, and much better than I had expected. Additionally, there was cleaning offered free of charge everyday and the host was super responsive. Was overall quite a pleasant stay.
