Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

I stayed here for a month during work and it was a very nice place to relax. Plus everyone around was super nice, and the restaurant right across the street was good.

Great stay at Cedric’s place. Work visit to Muncie for a 10 day stretch that made a hotel stay untenable. I needed peace and quiet with home like atmosphere with all the amenities needed to cook, do laundry and rest in the daytime. 3 apartments in the house and the Casa de Cardinal is the main apartment. Being on the main floor the temperature was very stable and the air conditioning was nice but not necessary all the time despite daytime highs nearing 90 degrees. The house/apartment has character - I found it to be spotless upon arrival, well appointed for amenities - kitchen supplies, laundry or an abundance of towels and bathroom supplies. The adjoining units were vacant during my stay and the area was very quiet while I was on property. It’s a Muncie neighborhood that is close to Tillotson and a good grocery store which made it very convenient to resupply. Met Cedric and think that he is a great host and even better person - would recommend him and his apartment to anyone.

Great location to walk to restaurants downtown. Everything was clean and easy to check in.

The Nest was a nice place. I stayed for 3.5 weeks. Close to restaurants and stores. Very convenient location. Caitlin was a really flexible host. I extended my stay twice and it was no issue. Would recommend for anyone needing a long term stay.

Perfect Stay in a Historic Gem! This pristine historic home in Muncie is a true treasure. Beautifully preserved with modern comforts, it was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. The host was exceptional—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. A comfortable, charming retreat I’d happily return to!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. We brought Amish over for a wedding. We got in late, and very ready for a good nights rest. The bed was extremely comfortable. The space is small, but just right for the two of us.

amazing host, had some snow during the night. swept a trail and all of the stairs for us. plenty of blankets, a very home feel. Will definitely stay on my next trip

Deborah and Matt's place is one of my favorite places to stay when I come to Muncie for work. I love how close it is to BSU and downtown while still being in a more quiet area.

Dawn’s place in Pendleton is Great !!! We have stayed here many times and will stay again if available whenever we are in the Pendleton area!

I was in Hagerstown for work and needed a comfortable place to stay for two nights. Michelle‘s place was perfect. There is not much there and I was happy to find her comfortable cleaning apartment. It was very quiet and comfortable. In appreciated having the coffee! I can highly recommend Michelle ‘s place.
