We are 83 and we just packed and moved our household from our beloved house in Rushville. We were exhausted and then we had one of our contractors not show up. We were devastated and sad but we had to move on to our home in Florida. Jamie was professional and so helpful. Jamie’s house is just beautiful. Everything you could need or want has been provided. We loved this small town and the lovely park that is just a few steps away. It is a beautiful place to walk your dog or to just enjoy with your kids or just relax yourself. If you stay here you won’t regret it. It was one of our favorite places to stay and we have stayed many many places in the last few years!! You can swing on the wonderful front porch and watch the cars go by on state road 40. It was the Old National Road that crossed across the USA marking a path for the wagon trains with a “corduroy road” made of logs. I can just imagine pioneers bouncing up and down as they traveled from east to west on that rough surface.

This was our second time staying here, wonderful space! Accurately described and pictured. Great amenities. Staci goes above and beyond to have what you need for your stay. Beds are super comfy and location is close to everything. We loved Roots Burger Bar! Will definitely be back each year we have volleyball tournaments.

Juliens place was perfect for our needs. The house has great character. My kids and husband loved the game room. bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! would definitely book again.

We had a quick weekend trip to the area and stayed a couple of nights. My wife and I had our dog along who loved the sunroom and fenced in backyard. This place had all we needed.

Both of our hosts were awesome!!! I would definitely recommend anyone visiting muncie to look them up.

A great place to stay! Nicely equipped kitchen, quiet neighbors, and a super responsive host. You definitely get your moneys worth when staying here.

Kazem house had lots of space and was very nice. I recommend staying here if you get a chance.

Had a wonderful stay with a few friends. It was the perfect space for us to hang out and spend time together. The property is amazing and really well kept.

House was very comfortable and exactly as advertised. Every amenity a guest could need, they really have the guest in mind! Ali was quick to welcome us and was very responsive the whole time we were there. We will definitely return to the Cardinal cottage when back in the area. Hope next time it will be in the summer and we will be able to use the pool. We were in the area getting our RV worked on and this was the prefect break we needed. Very clean and well cared for. Very close to restaurants and museums. Nice quite neighborhood for walking. Thanks Ali & John!

The place was pretty nice for the price. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. There were some supply issues but we were able to get those handled and the rest of the trip wen smoothly. Overall, I enjoyed having my family here it was a nice clean space and close to many things, such as Ball State, Parks, and lots of restaurants nearby. I will stay again!

Seemed like a hotel without it being such! Lots of food options around and was a great deal for a busy / eventful weekend we had for the weekend.

Very nice home in a nice part of town! my family and I went on plenty of walks and felt completely safe! Very cozy house as well!

My wife and I traveled to the area to attend a three night run at Ruoff Music Center (It will always be Deer Creek to us). We use airbnbs because we travel with our dog Cynthia & Joe were excellent hosts. Cyndi, a local biz owner, was very responsive (she's a doll) our questions and Joe was just a friendly man, who was very cool to talk to. He has a collectible Pontiac Firebird that he has restored to its original beauty. I hope he shares a look at it as he did for us. Being from the Motor City, we have seen our share of cars The place had all the amenities we have come to expect from an airbnb. It had a nice deck to sit on and the bedroom had a small porch. We were able to let our dog run off leash and he saw his first cows ever. His reaction was for the agee. My wife likes to be "away" fro the city. Perfect locale in the country but still close enough to things If you are going to Ball St, Deer Creek or Indy do not pass this place up. Mike and Dani Steinberg &Reese!

Thhis was a great experience. it is a really cool older house. I am a neat-freak and felt like the house was super clean. this was a great option for my family for us to attend a wedding at the local barn on boundary event center (13 mins away). the host was super responsive and very flexible with my family. 10 out of 10 recommend

My family of two adults, two elderly parents and two young kids were in town for a family reunion. This farmhouse on the outskirts of New Castle was the perfect size for us and had all the amenities we needed. It is too bad it was too windy to enjoy the fire pit and outdoor grill. Brittany was a helpful and responsive host.

The living room and bedrooms were nice and clean and so was the front closed in porch. The location was peaceful and very nice. Was however, disappointed that the dishwasher in the picture did not work. The main problem was that the previous guest had trash piled up and we had to contact the owner to please come and get the trash, as it had not already been dealt with before we got there. Also there was a problem with gnats and flies in the kitchen and bathrooms from the very get go and it lasted the whole week we were there. IF the gnats and flies had not been there then the stay would have been very close to perfect.

Very clean and nice RV. Perfect location for the Muncie 70.3 race. The host was very kind and responsive and the RV was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!
