Lovely peaceful break close to the coast. Very nice accommodation and comfy bed. Sarah was helpful & provided lots of recommendation’s and some lovely arrival treats. We loved the games room!

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Lovely cosy cottage located close to all the shops and restaurants in Holt. Cosy beds and sofa. Great to have a drive to park the car, and easy to get to lots of great locations for walking and the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t feel like it was in a private enough spot, but this is just personal preference. Great hosts, thank you so much.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage with lovely surroundings. Dog friendly too. Great to see such well cared for and happy hens wandering around too.

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location with a pretty self contained garden. The cottage has everything you could need and is very comfortably furnished. A very relaxing place to space. Excellent communication from Liz providing all the information we needed and very welcoming. Thank you.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Liz was a fantastic Host who gave us some amazing tips on what to do during our stay. The cottage was beautifully decorated and spotless. We had a fantastic time

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. 3 pubs and a grocery shop just around the corner. Walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. Cromer was a brisk 30 minute walk away. We cooked in the cottage every night and there was everything we needed. Beautiful touches upon arrival which included a pack of hot cross buns and a vase of fresh daffodils. Accommodation manual was comprehensive and included numerous local recommendations. Beds were super comfy and I had 5 nights of perfect sleep. I was worried about parking but we always found a space directly outside the cottage. I would 100% recommend The Old Smoke House and will 100% stay again.

This is my 2nd stay and I love it here! So cozy, quite and exactly what you need to just get away Beds are comfy, so clean, kitchen has everything you need, log fire is a great bonus for cozy nights Can’t wait to come back!!

What a lovely place to spend Christmas Day! I’m so glad I came across Imogen’s place. It’s ouR last Christmas here in the UK and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place :). Thank you so much for making us so welcome and for putting a tree up for us too! :).

A beautiful bolt-hole away from everything including the internet with stunning marsh views and dark skies. To see Marsh Harriers was wonderful. Wood burner kept us cosy and the enclosed garden was heaven for our dog. Walks to the two pubs in Surlingham (one at Coldham Hall closed during the week off season) and easy drives into Norwich and surroundings. An outdoor shooting club right next door operates on Thursday am and Sunday mid-morning so you may want to plan to be out then - large red flags show when it is happening. At other times it is SO peaceful. We stayed for 10 days and began to miss a bath and washing machine, but not a problem for shorter stays. Old Hall Farm Shop at Woodton, the Wildebeest at Stoke Holy Cross and the new Michelin star at Caistor Hall as well as foodie Norwich mean eating out possibilities are endless. Pip left delicious eggs from her own hens.

Kates place is a beautiful little cottage, Kate gave clear instructions on where this was. check in and check out was smooth, although you are right next door to Kate you are left in peace. The breakfast basket is a beautiful and very helpful touch, even spare shampoo and body wash in bathrooms! leaflets for local attractions and days out, takeaway menus also- very helpful! The cottage is hygienic, all bedding and main areas were clean, some slight dust on skirting boards and cobwebs around (but I am a cleaner and probably pay far too much attention- even on holiday 🤦‍♀️) beds and sofas are super comfortable! peaceful and overall a beautiful place to stay! Will definitely use again when visiting in the future 😀

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location: opposite the pub and just down from the community run village shop. The cottage was beautifully clean and had everything we needed, and more! As mentioned in other reviews, a couple of the doorways are quite low and I bumped my head a few times - I'm 5' 10". If you're of a certain age and need to visit the bathroom during the night, you may like to know that it's downstairs! It was my wife's first visit to the Broads and we'll definitely be coming back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Gemma’s cottage. Comfortable sofas and beds and an electric fire to take the chill off in the evening, well placed to visit the coast, Sandringham and Hollham Hall.

The cottage looked exactly like the photos and was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed. Milk and biscuits on arrival were very useful. Denise was so helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

My husky Trevor and I stayed at The Round House for 4 nights whilst my fellow pilgrims resided at The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. Such beautiful and tranquil surroundings - a real treat for the soul.

Beautifully presented, well appointed lodges in peaceful surroundings, not to mention the added bonus of donkeys, goats and alpacas as neighbours! Julie and Adam were wonderful hosts, helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure.
