Munich : locations de vacances en chambre d'hôtes

Peter (and Lola!) were very welcoming, and the apartment was in a great location for our one-night stay: we were able to visit the English Garden, Marienplatz for the Glockenspiel, and lots of local church buildings with beautiful architecture, even though we were only there for a short time (~24h). We were also able to sample some great food in the local neighbourhood: Pho with great broth around the corner @ Pho You, delicious ice cream from Ballabeni (especially the chocolate and the lemon-basil), and an enjoyable, flavorful kebab from Doner Oz Urfa, just a stone's throw away. Peter also surprised us with coffee, pretzels and an engaging conversation in the morning, so we felt very blessed and prepared for our day of exploring. Danke, Peter! To summarize: friendly & generous host, great location, lots of local options, and a comfortable room with plenty of space.

Per chi ama i piccoli paesi non troppo trafficati Lechbruck am see è una soluzione ideale. Buoni ristoranti, poco traffico, dintorni bellissimi con a portata di mano sia Fussen che Garmisch che il castello di Neuschwanstein, la Wieskirche e la prima parte della Romantische Strasse. Gabi abita in una bella villa fra le case nella parte alta del paese, con ampie camere al primo piano. La nostra aveva un ampio balcone con vista sul paese e la zona del fiume/lago. Sullo stesso piano un ampio salotto comune a tre altre camere ed una cucina dove Gabi fa trovare una buona colazione apparecchiata all'orario concordato. La cucina completa di elettrodomestici pentole e stoviglie è a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo avuto posto al coperto per la nostra moto e c'erano a disposizione posti auto nel cortile della casa proprio davanti al portone d'ingresso. Gabi è cortese, disponibile e riservata. Per noi un'ottimo soggiorno.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into a friend's home thanks to Mattias's warm and friendly demeanor. He welcomed me with open arms and made it clear right away that he was eager to ensure I had a great stay. On my first night, he prepared a delicious meal for me, which I thought was such a thoughtful gesture. It really set a lovely tone for my visit. Throughout the week, he was always available to answer my questions and offered helpful tips about the local area from the best supermarkets to visit to amazing restaurants and interesting sights to check out. The bedroom was charming and had a cozy, homely feel. When I arrived, I was delighted to find a lovely fruit hamper waiting for me, along with a refreshing drink. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I quickly fell in love with the blackout blinds perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep! Overall, my week at Mattias's place was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely love to return in the future.

Das Haus ist wirklich gut zentral gelegen. Bus ca 5 Min entfernt - in ca 30 Min ist man in der City am Stachus. Das Zimmer ist zwar kleiner als man vielleicht gewohnt ist, aber es beinhaltet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Dafür ist das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis mehr als fair! Highlight dieser Unterkunft war die Terrasse, die man besonders an schönen Tagen mitbenutzen kann. Ab und zu wurde auch das gemeinsame Frühstück nach Draußen verlegt ;) In Summe kann ich das Zimmer zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mich mehr als wohl gefühlt und war dort immerhin ganze 15 Wochen beherbergt. Hannelore war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie wusste immer, was in München gerade stattfinden, gab gerne Freizeit-Tipps und Rat darüber, was man als Tourist gesehen haben muss. Auch Karl-Heinz ist ein sehr Netter, der stets für ein Gespräch zu haben ist ;)

Uwe und Karla sind sehr offenherzige freundliche u. interessierte Gastgeber. Sie Haben mir einen tollen Hofladen im Nachbarort gezeigt, wo wir zusammen eingekauft u. gefrühstückt haben. Das gemeinsam zu nutzende Gäste-Bad war überhaupt kein Problem. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen - in einer absolut ruhigen Lage . Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten und die Gespräche mit Uwe u. Karla hab ich sehr genossen. Danke Uwe, danke Karla für die schöne Zeit. ich hab mich bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

È stato un soggiorno perfetto! Posizione ottima per esplorare i dintorni, ma rimanendo nel completo relax. Ottima accoglienza e soprattutto ottima colazione!

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Thomas Unterkunft am Schliersee. Die Lage war super, das Frühstück absolut abwechslungsreich, alles dabei was man sich vorstellen kann und sehr lecker! Das Zimmer entsprach exakt den Fotos, sehr neu und modern, sauber und geräumig! Das Badezimmer ein Traum! Der Check in verlief ohne Probleme via Schlüsselkasten, check out ebenfalls. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Einzige Kritik: da das Zimmer direkt am Flur neben dem Frühstücksraum liegt, wurde man ab 6.30 (Zeitpunkt zu Beginn des Frühstücks) regelmäßig wach, da es sehr hellhörig ist und die Gäste sich natürlich unterhalten oder die Mitarbeiter etwas fragen. Wenn man diesbezüglich empfindlich ist, sollte man Oropax mitnehmen, oder ein anderes Zimmer buchen. Für uns war es in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es zu 100% weiter!

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Gabi. Von der Buchung bis zum Auschecken hat alles perfekt geklappt. Gabi hat uns sogar einen spätabendlichen Check-In ermöglicht. Das Frühstück hat sie mit Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt, dass Gabi gerne Gäste hat und wir können ihre Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

FABULOUS is the word that comes to mind when describing our stay with Steffi!!! Located about 15 minutes from the Neuschwanstein Castle and nestled in the middle of the beautiful countryside. Steffi was the ultimate host. She greeted us at the front door and showed us up to our room, which was immaculately clean. Our balcony overlooked the pastures and mountains. The room was perfect. One of the best, softest bed I have ever slept on in my life. To top it off, the breakfast which she serves is perfect. Homemade yogurt, meats, cheeses, jams, rolls, fresh juice, milk and to top it off, the eggs are from their chickens, and were cooked perfectly. In their dining room are some beautiful souvenirs that we purchased. Some hand-created salts, teas, and hand-woven socks from her mother. It was great. If you are heading to this part of Germany and needing to stay close to the castle, they stay with Steffi. It's the BEST!!!

Enjoyed our stay here for the Almabtrieb and local restaurants. Would love to stay here again with my family!

La casa es hermosa, es muy tranquila y se accede muy facil a varios pueblitos muy hermosos. Sandra nos ayudo mucho con las recomendaciones y estubo siempre atenta a que tuvieramos lo que necesitaramos.

We had a lovely time in Schliersee. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent!

This was a highly unique stay, and I would absolutely recommend. Not only is the house absolutely beautiful, but Sandra is a lovely host! We loved getting to know her, know the house, and learn more about the digital detox. The gardens were beautiful and the two cats were cute company when we arrived as well. The breakfast was absolutely to die for as well. My husband and I think we will remember this breakfast for the rest of our lives (and we wish we would have done the dinner as well). Overall, highly recommend this Airbnb for relaxation, peaceful views, and an amazing breakfast. We absolutely hope to return in the future.

Ralf ist ein toller Gastgeber, nimmt einen auf wie ein Familienmitglied. Lässt einem die nötige Privatsphäre, bietet aber auch Familienanschluss, wenn man es möchte. Ich komme gerne wieder. Besonders toll: Balkon in der Morgensonne, herrlich
