This was an outstanding experience for my husband and I - our first trip to Munich! The apartment was wonderful, quiet, and had everything that we needed for our short stay. The quiet was what stood out to me the most because the apartment was located on the first floor. Our windows were right on the street and we heard little to nothing while we were there - sheer heaven especially after walking and touring the city all day. I have already told Fabian that we are planning our next trip to Munich next year to visit family and take in a soccer match, and his place will hopefully be available again! A true gem!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung im wunderschönen Flinsbach. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man benötigt. Highlight war der Whirlpool:)

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung von Daniela ist super schön eingerichtet und ganz fantastisch gelegen. Direkt gegenüber ist der Zugang zum Ammersee und man kann tolle Spaziergänge durch Wald und Felder machen, entlang des Sees flanieren und ab dem Frühjahr auch wieder ab dem nahe gelegenen Steg in Stegen Schiffstouren unternehmen. Ausflüge sind also garantiert :) Die Wohnung selbst war super zu erreichen, man konnte gut parken, der Zugang lief über eine Schlüsselbox und somit flexibel und alles war tiptop sauber. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Das liebevoll gestaltete Haus ist ein besonderer Ort mit hohem emotionalen Wert und viel Natur. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, um dort entspannt zu verweilen. Die Bilder geben den Eindruck sehr gut wieder. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir konnten uns mit 4 Erwachsenen gut selbst versorgen. Für zwei Personen ist der Schlafkomfort ausgezeichnet, für die übrigen Personen ist auf gewisse Zugeständnisse zu achten (Schlafcouch, Matratze auf Empore). Die Kommunikation mit Valentina war unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und reaktionsschnell. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Valentina!

Wir sind immer noch begeistert von dem wunderschönen Chalet, in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Alles war perfekt: sauber, bestens ausgestattet und mit so viel Liebe hergerichtet. Als Familie haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Lage ist großartig, und mit dem tollen Wetter hatten wir richtig Glück – über Weihnachten hat es geschneit, und die Kinder konnten das Winter Wonderland in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Sonne hat uns zusätzlich verwöhnt, und es gibt in der Umgebung so viel zu entdecken. Besonders dankbar sind wir für die wertvollen Tipps von Sebastian, vielen Dank für die hilfsbereite und kommunikative Unterstützung.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende zu Besuch und sind sehr zufrieden. Von der Buchung bishin zum Checkout bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Eine tolle Wohnung mit hervorragender Lage - ein idealer Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge mit jeder Menge Natur! Innerhalb von 5 min Fußweg erreicht man entweder das Ufer des Kochelsees, eine Felswand zum klettern oder auch eine ganze Reihe Wasserfälle im Wald. Ebenso kann man direkt von der Unterkunft aus eine tolle Wanderung starten auf den Jochberg und die ewige Suche nach einem freien Parkplatz bleibt erspart. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Kochel am See oder am Ufer des Walchensees. Falls man ohne Auto unterwegs ist, hat man die Möglichkeit mit der Gästekarte kostenlos Bus zu fahren. Bei Fragen waren Astrid und ihr Mann Johannes jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

Wir waren fuer einen Kurzaufenthalt Gäste bei Dagmar und ihrem Mann, die beide ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und die Lage super, ruhig, in der Natur und super verkehrsmaessig angebunden.

Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Ammersee und die Berge, eine einladende Terrasse mit hübsch gestaltetem Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ideal auch zum Arbeiten (incl. WLAN). Wirklich ruhig und erholsam. Lana und Norbert waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Such a beautiful location, the views of the lake and the mountains from the veranda are amazing. Place has everything you need and it’s walking distance to the down and the many swimming spots. We loved it.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Annika und Nicolai sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben und ohne das wir angefragt haben, stand ein Kinderbett für unsere Tochter bereit - sehr aufmerksam! Super Ausstattung! Vielen Dank

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem bequemen Ferienappartement! Tolle Lage in der Altstadt.

Toll ausgestattete Unterkunft in schöner Lage. Wirklich vom Wasserkocher bis zum Backpapier und Kaffeepulver alles da. Wolfgang ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Zwei Hinweise, die für mich bis zum Tag der Anreise nicht klar waren: - Pool und Sauna sind öffentlicher Bereich. Sauna ist klein (für ca. zwei Personen), kostet extra und kann nur in 1€-Stücken bezahlt werden (ca. 1€/15 Minuten, bis Sauna heiß ist ca. halbe Stunde einplanen - also Saunagang ca. 4-5€). - Der Garten ist ebenfalls auch für andere Hotel/Ferienwohnungsgäste und man muss eine Straße überqueren, um dort hin zu gelangen. Dennoch: Alles Positive überwiegt und die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Danke + gerne wieder!
