공항 가기 전 하루 머물었던 숙소입니다. 사생활 보호가 매우 잘 되어있고, 무엇보다 해변이 가깝고 동네가 깨끗하고 조용해서 여행을 마무리하기에 완벽했습니다. 집 안은 정리정돈이 설명과 동일하게 잘 되어 있었고, 쾌적하고 안전하였습니다. 호스트도 매우 친절하였고 궁금한 것에 신속히 답해주었습니다. 그리고 공항 셔틀을 예약해주어서 무거운 짐을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다💓

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ladispoli! The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to Scorpion Beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Toni, was responsive and professional throughout. You can tell they care about the guest experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the beach with all the comforts of home!

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

We had an early flight out of Rome, so we stayed here the night before, which was great. There was street parking for our rental car, and the aiport was literally 10 minutes away. The home is big and looks like it was newly remodeled. We enjoyed the washer too!

Host was very helpful, There are 2 step-outs a romantic Romio-Juliet, and a cozy roomy hang out above the hustle and bustle of the city. Good town to relax and plan day trips around Italy.

Un bel appartement dans un bâtiment, avec un terrasse qui donne sur le bord de mer. On s’y est tout de suite senti comme chez nous :) L’accès aux transports est facile, il y a plein de restaurants tout le long de la digue et des commerces dans les rues adjacentes.

Luciana's place was perfect for our family trip to Rome. Ostia is a bit away from the city, but all stores are easily accessible by train and metro. The apartment was as-advertised, and Luciana was in the apartment to meet us, explain the apartment, and tell us where shops, the beach, and train stations were located. She also allowed us to check in when we arrived, which greatly helped. Great stay, highly recommended.

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

La casa è davvero molto carina e fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare in comodità, vicinissima al mare e alla metro. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza pazzesca, ed è stata sempre disponibile e ho potuto contattarla per qualunque esigenza. Ho soggiornato con le mie atlete per i Campionati di Nuoto Artistico e ci siamo trovate tutte benissimo.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa mini casa con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La finestra che affaccia direttamente sull'acqua è davvero un sogno, ogni mattina mi sono svegliato con il suono delle onde e il panorama incantevole. La casa è piccola ma accogliente, ben arredata e perfetta per una fuga romantica o un soggiorno rilassante. L'ospitalità di Michele è stata impeccabile. Sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a darci consigli sui migliori luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. Se cercate un posto tranquillo e speciale dove godervi la bellezza della natura e il comfort di una casa accogliente, questa mini casa è la scelta perfetta! Torneremo sicuramente.

We zouden zes sterren geven als dat kon. Het is een nieuw appartement, heel erg schoon met een fijn bed, heerlijk beddengoed en handdoeken. In de keuken is alles wat je maar nodig hebt. We ontbeten buiten in de zon, de zee is om de hoek, net als leuke terrasjes en restaurants. Cinzia stond ons op te wachten om ons welkom te heten en alles te laten zien, snel in communicatie en superaardig. We hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad!
