This apartment is what you need if you want to feel the classic Rome apt. No digital key so you will need the ordinary key to get in to the unit. This would not be a problem if you always go together with another guests. You have everything you need. It’s so close to the bus stops, 5 minutes to metro, and 1 minute to carrefour express which was open for 24 h. If you want to cook yourself the kitchen utensils was complete. There was a washing machine and you don’t need to worry where to hang your laundry as there will be enough space in the first bath room (we called it laundry room). Frederico was very nice and he even let me to check in early. I would really recommend this apt.

I had an amazing stay in Rome! Luca was incredibly kind, proactive, and responsive — always quick to reply and very flexible. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He even sent great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Rome — we were able to walk to all the major attractions, and there was always something happening nearby, yet it was quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Highly recommended!

Volvemos a España encantados de nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Fabio e Mauro. Antes de viajar nos ayudaron a organizar el viaje con sus indicaciones sobre el apartamento y los servicios, tanto del propio establecimiento, como los cercanos a este. Nos facilitaron el chek in a la llegada a Roma y durante nuestra estancia siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros para cualquier cosa que necesitamos. El apartamento es una maravilla, limpio, coqueto, con todos los servicios que ofrecidos en el anuncio y súper acogedor. Está en una calle pequeña, tranquila, con muchos servicios (supermercado, restaurantes...) y muy próximo al Coliseo y Fontana di Trevi. Al hacer el chek out se nos olvidó el cargador de un móvil y fueron tan amables que nos lo llevaron al punto de consigna donde habíamos dejado el equipaje...son geniales. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos a Roma repetiremos con ellos.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero ottima! La stanza era comoda, ben accessoriata e non mancava assolutamente nulla. Abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente in ordine e l’ambiente molto accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Aldo, l’host, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, garbato e sempre disponibile. È stato un piacere interagire con lui e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Sicuramente un soggiorno da ripetere — lo consigliamo vivamente!

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

Andrea was een zeer goeie host, heel aangenaam en snel bereikbaar, alles werd ook heel goed uitgelegd. Zeer mooi appartement ! Veel ruimte en zoals op de foto’s. Ligt ongeveer 30 min van het centrum met het openbaar vervoer. Hier komen we graag nog eens terug! ☺️ bedankt voor alles!

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Super logement. Correspond tout à fait à la description. La proximité des transports en communs et de nombreux restaurants est appréciable après une journée à marcher en ville. Cristina est vraiment accueillante et très gentille.

We waren met 5 vrienden een lang weekend naar Rome. Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachting. we werden opgevangen en kregen keurig uitleg. Op loszittende kraan en een defecte lamp in de badkamer was alles prima. Super dat we bonnen kregen voor een ontbijt aan de overkant. Koffie, croissant en een sapje. De host is heel aardig en reageert snel. Zeker een aanrader.

Simona’s husband met us and gave a very detailed tour of the apartment with recommendations of restaurants etc. and showed us how things work. The apartment is great, and very bright. The bed is very comfortable, bath and a half was a real plus. Loved the little balcony overlooking the rooftops. Kitchen well equipped if you want to cook. Neighborhood is very lively day and night, with lots of restaurants and shops. Great location walkable to almost everything. Fabulous pizza everywhere. Triulussa Piazza is a very short walk and convenient for catching an early morning taxi. Although the street is full of people and activity in the evening because of where the apartment is located in the building we never heard any street noise. Also, if you need transportation from the airport, Simona can arrange this for you and it was so perfect after a long flight to be met and whisked off right to the apartment! Matteo our driver was excellent!

Roberto is very nice and responsive host. He responds quickly, is kind and friendly. Check-in instructions were superclear. Apartment looks like the photos.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

Cordiali e gentili Casa perfetta e pulita

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

L’appartamento è davvero stupendo, esattamente come nelle foto: moderno, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, ma il vero punto forte è sicuramente la jacuzzi privata sulla terrazza. Rilassarsi lì al tramonto è stato semplicemente magico! La posizione a Velletri è ottima per chi vuole visitare Roma ma preferisce un po’ di tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Claudio, l’host, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Mi ha aiutato in ogni momento del soggiorno, con attenzione e cordialità. È raro trovare qualcuno così presente e premuroso: si vede che ci tiene davvero al benessere dei suoi ospiti. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza rilassante, romantica e senza pensieri. Tornerò sicuramente!

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.

Marks home was in an amazing location, lots of great places for food, gelato and spritz just a block away! His place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would stay again.
