Our stay will be one the greatest I think. They're very accommodating. We felt like we are at our own home. The location was great, near establishments. Aside from having a quiet place, wr do enjoy their kitchen area. But mostly, the host is very easy to talk, approach and always available. We already booked our next stay in their home.

Firstly, Giboy was very responsive and very friendly. He already laid out all the house rules, proper directions to the place, and other important details. Secondly, checkin communications with Louise was also helpful. Upon arrival to the place, we are very grateful to kuya Jaime, he was very friendly and hospitable. During our stay, he was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we were able to celebrate my daughter's birthday happily. Highly recommended place. Thank you Giboy, Louise and Kuya Jaime! I must say that Balay Pahuwai far exceeded my expectations. The home is exquisite! The furnishings and decorations are well appointed. The grounds were immaculate. The table settings are beautiful. Fresh mums throughout the home were so welcoming, as were the books and room decor. This is no ordinary Airbnb. This is a loved home that the hosts share with guests. When we arrived, Manilyn and Rochelle greeted us at the gate. They assisted with our luggage as well. They were ready to help with the ring of a bell and were extremely prompt and efficient. The dinner that I ordered for our family reunion was so very delicious and portions were large enough for everyone to enjoy and take home before they travelled home. Our daily breakfasts were as delicious as our dinner, also served in large portions for us to enjoy. I must say that I’ve never felt so pampered in my entire life. For me, this was better than any 5-star hotel. Thank you, Balay Pahuwai, for an unforgettable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb The Olive Tree Villa and I can't recommend it enough! Nestled in a serene location surrounded by nature, the setting was absolutely breathtaking with a cold air and really a baguio like place just 2 hours from the metro. The peaceful ambiance made it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The host ms. Pam and his husband were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and provided us with thoughtful local recommendations. They were always available to answer any questions and made us feel right at home. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with wonderful hosts, this is the place to be! I can't wait to come back!

The unit is beautiful, and both Faye and Sir Paul were very accommodating. The place was neat, and everything was in order. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time together. We will definitely be returning!

The staff is very nice and friendly, this place really is like a hidden gem. In a very busy neighborhood it feel like a little island hidden away. It is not a 5 star hotel and you should not expect that when booking the place. But it is clean, you get a decent kitchen and a decent tv. It is also very spacious it feels like a small 1 bedroom apartment. I truly enjoyed my stay there, also if you are a digital nomad like me the internet is very decent.

The most generous and personable hosts. The farm is their home, and they generously share it with guests taking “mi casa es su casa” quite literally. We stayed with our toddler, Doberman, and driver. We occupied both guest houses and really enjoyed the retreat into nature. Tagaytay weather was incredible, and if it got a little hot during the afternoon a strong working AC in the rooms was a quick solution. The WiFi connection was great, and we enjoyed having Netflix and YouTube during the times our toddler needed a little break from all the farm action. The accommodations themselves didn’t have en-suite bathrooms but they were just a few steps away and we were given our own private bathrooms where we were able to keep our things. They were extremely clean and spotless, and shower tiles were toddler safe. Food was delicious and fresh, and they offered a relaxing massage service. Be sure to ask about their healthy products that they sell- we came home with a few! 10 star stay!

Beautiful and amazing views of Taal. Staff was lovely and very helpful l, I definitely recommend staying at this property especially for the view and for a nice escape from the digital world... Very peaceful and relaxing, will definitely stay here again, with my family for my next visit in Tagaytay. Thank you to all the staff for being such wonderful people ❤️

The place is perfect for relaxation and peace and quiet away from the city. As in most reviews, Sir Jay is the star of the place so expect that he will take care of your needs. Love the merienda and home-made fruit juice. If anything, there's a bit of a limitation in terms of food choices due to the location but you can always avail of the in-house lunch or dinner (breakfast comes free) which is very tasty, healthy and served in big proportions. I also like the play room with a table tennis offering a great view of the landscape. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a memorable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB. The pool was clean and the beds were comfy. It was quiet at the place. We checked in late and the property owner was generous enough to allow us to extend our stay for couple of hours with no additional charge. The care takers, (Rebecca and her husband), were accommodating too. They stayed up late and waited for us to return to the property after dinner. The only downside going here is the rough road that takes about 3 min drive. Some of the plants that cover the domes are dried up, and wilted due to the scorching summer heat - which was expected. Overall, it was a nice stay. I’d recommend and go back to this place for some quiet moments again. :)

Highly enjoyed my stay at Sonya's and hopefully I'll get to visit again! - Customer service: Staff were always attentive, actively checking in without being intrusive, and ready to help with any inquiry. - Amenities: Did not get to go around as much, but the garden was beautiful, and there were several tours available daily. - Location: Quite secluded and quiet. Primrose is located in an "extension" a 5-min walk away, so if you'd like to be closer to the action, would advise booking a cottage through their website. - Food: Quite good. My stay came with 2 complimentary meals. Set-ups were buffet style, and on your 2nd night onwards the staff will offer other options beyond their standard breakfast fare and pasta. - Accommodation: Comfortably fits three. Plus points for being a pet-friendly location; I saw many guests with dogs off the leash. Love the rustic Filipino style. Climate at the time I went was quite cool at night, so was not bothered by the lack of airconditioning.
