We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Mikko was responsive prior and during our stay. The house has clear guidelines and packed with recommendations (restaurants, grocery stores, parks, etc.. We’re glad we were able to book the unit the day before the scheduled stay. It completed our whole week! Such a nice host! We’re looking forward to booking the unit again. Thanks a lot!

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Acey and Aizea's place. I booked for our family's Christmas celebration and it was amazing, not to mention complimentary cake for noche buena (thanks!). The place was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The new furniture added a modern touch and enhanced our comfort. Hosts and caretaker are friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for future stays! Thank you so much for making our Christmas extra memorable.

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.

Very accommodating. Very understanding. Need to check out almost 3pm due to unforeseen event. And she allowed us with minimal Fee.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and matched the description. It was cozy and all amenities were easily accessible. We attended a wedding and it was a very eventful 2 nights of stay. The surrounding area is quiet and transportation is easily accessible. As someone coming from the north, it was challenging to commute. But overall, it was a good stay and the host is easy to talk to, very flexible and considerate. I recommend this homestay for those who need to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stayed at Boots place. The place was close to everything. The unit was clean. Communication was very good. We'll stay again here next time. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

这套loft空间比较大，我们住了6晚，非常舒适。到马尼拉最高档的商场greenbelt就50米，并且greenbelt旁边还连接着各种商场，吃饭逛街非常方便。 我女儿有点感冒，Marco第一时间告诉我最近药房位置，非常有用。 公寓有游泳池和健身房，出门走几步就到，超级方便。房间内的洗衣机不能用，不过Marco介绍了附近的洗衣房，很近，也不错。 Marco非常热心，各种问题都及时回应，我们入住很愉快。

I really appreciated roschel's hospitality, she was always very friendly. The unit is in a really good condition and has basically everything you need. For longer stays it would be nice to perhaps have some more trashbags in the unit and some basic condiments such as salt and pepper are always appreciated. But that didnt take away from the amazing stay here. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Michael’s unit at Uptown Parksuites is super clean and super convenient. There are towels and extra linens available as well as hair dryer and clothes steamer. Major plus is the washer/dryer in unit so no need to overpack for your visit. I also had access to the pool in the building which was a nice perk. Michael is super responsive as a host and answered any questions I had immediately. He provides super clear instructions for check in and check out. It was a lovely stay. Bonus is the stay is close to malls such as Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi. You are also a block away from Xylo and other venues if you like nightlife. Wild Flour cafe is on the same block, great for breakfast/brunch.

As always, the place is still beautiful and so relaxing. The host was very kind and they responded quickly as well. We really appreciated that mineral water was included for our 2-day stay. Thank you Ms. Hannah, until next time! :)

I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine

A Wonderful Stay! I had a great time at Mark's place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were right there. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little personal touches throughout the space that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Editha's place was perfect for our needs. Mall is just across the street for easy shopping. the place was cozy and the pool view was so relaxing. I booked another stay for my return flight to the US. and that only shows how i liked the place.

Walking distance to the mall and close to the airport. Great amenities but we never had the time to use them, so maybe next time. Thank you!
