The place is great if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool within the area of Taguig. It is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to for our next team building activities.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The host was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting USEM!

I just have 1 complain, the knob of the water heater is so high that my wife who is small is having hard time to reach it. I can't help her since I'll get wet once I turn on the knob. 😅 Other than that, the place is great.

Really great place to stay and very accommodating hosts!

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Allan's place is clean and tidy, accessible, quiet, and safe. My family had more than enough space to be in during our stay. Allan is prompt at answering as well.

The house was spacious and had everything I needed, unfortunately the oven wasn't working but the cooker was more than enough, plenty of utensils making it easy to cook. Peaceful area, didn't have any issue with noise and comfortable sitting area with a netflix equipped TV. Air-con was only in the bedrooms but that fans helped a lot when sat downstairs. The host was super friendly and always quick to respond. Definitely worth a stay if you're looking at the area

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

Mat is a super host! He responded in minutes to all our needs. We chose this location to be close to my fiancee’s work & family. The casa is a nice tiny home & a better value than comparably priced properties closer to Manila. We would consider staying with Mat again. Mat did his best to resolve all issues we had during our stay: ants, a place to put trash, & internet outages—all beyond his control. Mat went above & beyond our expectations for our host.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

I had a wonderful stay at Acey and Aizea's place. I booked for our family's Christmas celebration and it was amazing, not to mention complimentary cake for noche buena (thanks!). The place was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The new furniture added a modern touch and enhanced our comfort. Hosts and caretaker are friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for future stays! Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!
