Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

Lovely apartment and beautiful location, away from the hustle and bustle of central Bellagio but walkable to supermarkets, the centre and access to public transport. The area is hilly but having opted to not hire a car, we managed perfectly well to get around on foot and with buses/boats and trains. The apartment was clean and well-equipped and felt secure

L'appartement est très agréable, au calme avec une belle vue et confortable. Il est bien situé, bien équipé et propre. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Il y a juste eu un petit souci avec les poubelles, car nous n'avions pas la carte pour les jeter et nous avons du les emmener avec nous au retour. Mis à part cela le séjour était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Lugano! Thanks you Peter and Laurence :)

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout and the apartment just has a great, cozy feel to it :) The highlight is the view of the lake, which is unbelievably beautiful. There is lots of paid parking that is easy to navigate within a few steps of the apartment & I believe free parking nearby as well. The location is lovely, as there is a path essentially below the apartment along the lake where you can walk to Gandria. In the other direction, you can drive to Lugano in 5 minutes or walk in 30 minutes along the sidewalk. Lena was welcoming & was there if we needed any help! Highly recommend if you're going to be visiting Lugano.

Gianna ti accoglie come una zia di altri tempi, accogliente e premurosa. La vista mozzafiato, il terrazzo ed il giardino sono la prerogativa di questo appartamento.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft! Wunderschön am Piazza gelegen mit tollem Blick auf den See und die Insel. Die Wohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauberes Badezimmer und ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus. Beeindruckend ist die alte, wunderschön bemalte Holzdecke, der alte Steinboden, die hohen Decken und die Großzügigkeit der Räume. Der Wohn-Essraum mit den großen Fenstern zum Balkon und See ist einmalig. Es gibt viel Stauraum. Maria Paola antwortet immer sofort und gestaltet den Aufenthalt perfekt. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die kleinen Willkommensgeschenke: Prosecco, Pasta und Süßigkeiten. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Tolle Wohnung, wahnsinnig schöner Garten mit Whirlpool und Sauna und total privat. Herrlich, morgens mit Blick auf den See zu frühstücken. Und Valentina ist supernett und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Logement très bien équipé et très agréable: lumineux, bien chauffé, spacieux même pour 3 personnes. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire. Présence d'une terrasse lumineuse. Les lits sont vraiment confortables. Nous reviendrons :)

Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere qualche giorno l'ultimo dell'anno in questa location meravigliosa, anche per tenere lontano dai botti e frastuono i nostri due cuccioloni pelosi. La scelta è stata più che mai azzeccata, svegliarsi il primo dell'anno affacciandoci su un panorama mozzafiato sul lago è stato stupendo. Tutto è stato perfetto, la natura, i sentieri nei boschi, la tranquillità ed una casa accogliente, calda, curata, come stare a casa. Sara è stata gentilissima con noi, accoglienza 10 e lode! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Super vacances chez Alessio, on était ravi de l accueil , de la communication , de la disponibilité et de la gentillesse d’Alessio.. l’appartement est super, calme et bien situé entre Côme et Belaggio , arrêt de bus à proximité , embarcadaire pas loin mais il faut descendre et monter les 300 marches d escalier 😊 En résumé : formidables vacances au lac de Côme ..

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Incredible flat with one of the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen. Peaceful, cosy and comfortable. Very clear instructions on directions and checking in. Very responsive and proactive host. Highly recommended.

View is incredible, apartment in a great location with free garage use. Would 100% recommend a car if you stay here! All the hosts are great and very responsive, would definitely come back!

Il panorama è mozzafiato: una vista spettacolare sul lago, sulla montagna e sulla città, che regala momenti di pura magia, sia di giorno che di notte. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Monica, una persona straordinaria, gentile e sempre disponibile. La sua ospitalità ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio! Consiglio questa casa a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza unica in un luogo incantevole. Spero di poter tornare presto!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Notre séjour a été formidable. La vue était formidable sur le lac Majeur, surtout le soir et la nuit, c'était tout simplement magique ! L'appartement était tout confort et tout équipé. Propreté impeccable ! Fredrik était très accueillant et très disponible ! Merci à lui, pour ses conseils et sa bonne humeur communicative. Vivement recommandé !

My partner and I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Silvia's apartment in Como. The location is perfect - a stone's throw from everything you need, including wonderful restaurants and the harbour where the ferry leaves from. The flat itself is very well designed, quiet and cosy, with a beautiful aesthetic and a bathtub with jets. Silvia communicated well throughout and sent us a detailed list of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

The appartment was great and had the most wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the terrasse. We felt right at home, and would love to come back. Cinzia even had a nice Prosecco for us - such a nice touch
