Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa sistemazione. La casa è esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno perfetto. L'host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e facendoci sentire a nostro agio. Consigliatissimo, non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Beautiful apartment with all the comfort you need. Nice touch of bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Paulo met us personally and showed us around, leaving phone number for any problems (we had no need to use it). Bed is comfortable and clean, with lots of storage space. We only used the main bedroom so can't comment on the other, but it looked fine. Bathroom also clean with lovely powerful shower, heated towel rail, shampoo and shower gel and also towels that are actually large enough to wrap around you. Plenty of sockets, a coffee machine with a few pods ("Uno" type if you want to bring your own), sugar, jams and condiments provided. Location in a quiet alleyway near lots of restaurants. Easily walkable to main sights, train station, Guglie or Madonna dell Orto waterbus stops from the airport (about 10 mins to each). I would not hesitate to stay here again. Très beau logement! Béatrice est très réactive, très gentille. Le logement est à proximité d’une arrêt de vaporetto très pratique. Nous sommes au calme loin du bruit de la ville! Rien à dire! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay. Marco's apartment is beautiful. The location was perfect for us with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Also very easy to get to the airport. Marco is also a great host and helped me out a lot when I lost something on the way there. We would love to stay again when we next visit Venice.

We loved this place. The neighborhood was perfect, the house had everything we needed, and a quiet garden to sit in after all the excitement of Venice.

Alice’s home is stunning - spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is in a perfect location with restaurants and cichetti bars minutes away and just 5 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge yet in a residential area so it is quiet at night. The palazzo has windows to the canal and a lovely outdoor area which catches the sun. It is well equipped with all that you could need and has comfortable seating, beds (really comfy after a full day sightseeing) and plenty of hot water plus it smells amazing with wonderful diffusers dotted around. Alice provided detailed instructions on the location and check-in, and Jim met us from the Alilaguna to show us the way and provide some local knowledge. We hope to return to Venice and would definitely stay here again - it’s a fantastic base. Thank you, Alice, for a wonderful stay.

Für uns als Familie mit drei (kleinen) Kinder war es perfekt. Es ist sehr sauber, gut gelegen, Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia und Carlos war prima und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind begeistert!

Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s in Europe. Great location, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, super comfortable beds, all the amenities needed, peaceful surroundings, and amazing hosts. They were both so kind and helped us make dinner reservations to a great restaurant in town. They also provided tips on what to see in Venice. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again soon!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen

Matteo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wohnung der Lage ist top, gerade wenn man auch einen Hund dabei hat. Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche zu wenig für 4 Personen und für diesen Preis, speziell was die Größe des Kochgeschirr angeht. Es gab auch kein Schneidebrett und die Messer die vorhanden waren taugen nichts. Toaster fehlt auch. Ein Staubsauger hat auch gefehlt, es gab nur einen Besen mit dem es fast unmöglich den Teppich zu reinigen.

Der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Wir waren dort mit der Familie. Es sieht tatsächlich noch besser aus als auf den Bilder. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und sehr nett! Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit dem Tischtennis und Schwimmbad. Ich kann den Unterkunft wärmst empfehlen!

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette maison avec un beau jardin. Le séjour à été très agréable malgré la présence de nombreux moustiques. les hôtes nous ont mis le nécessaire à disposition pour limiter la gêne. Le logement est très bien situé pour se rendre notamment à Venise.

I had an amazing stay at here! The place was incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were quiet. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the little details they put into the place( cozy decor). I would definitely stay here again!

A delightful bolt-hole in a less well known area of Venice away from the madness of St Marks! A really ‘local’ area, close to shops, amenities and landmarks including the Via Garibaldi, the Giardini (home to the Biennale arts festival), the delightful lawns and shade trees of S. Elena and the elegant tree-lined Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi. There are excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk – we recommend Tosi which is just around the corner and Nevodi on the Via Garibaldi. History lovers are well served by the superb Naval History Museum near the Arsenale which is, of course, an amazing legacy of Venetian grandeur itself. Getting around is easy – the apartment is within a short walk of the local boat stops that take you around the city, to the mainland links and out to the Lido and beyond. As for your host Annina, no praise is high enough, a delightful lady who responded to our every need and question promptly and in a friendly manner, and really made us feel at home. We’ll be back!

Wow! We could not have picked a better place to stay for our 2 night trip to Venice. This little house was perfect for a family of 5 including two teenagers. Michela has thought of absolutely everything you need, there are comfortable beds, lots of space and the house is spotless. There are even clear instructions left to find your way into Venice (which only took about 30 minutes by bus and was so easy to find). But above all Michela is just the kindest and loveliest lady who went out of her way to make our stay extra special by putting up a birthday banner and balloons for my daughter. This was so thoughtful. Thank you SO much Michela! We absolutely loved our stay at your house and would highly recommend.
