We stayed in the two bedroom apartment as a family of 5. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and extremely well located just opposite Hadrian’s Gate. The hosts were friendly and helpful in their response to any questions we had. Best of all, the breathtaking view!

Great little hotel. Selcuk and staff were very friendly and responsive. We had our apartment on the 7th floor and the sea views were beautiful. The apartment itself was clean, with good quality appliances and generally well built. The entrance to the hotel is located in a rather narrow street, but it wasn’t a problem for us, we only had to walk ~50 meters. We didn’t find the apartment noisy at night. We could hear some music from afar, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. I recommend this place for your future stay in Antalya.

wer war sauberes und günstiges möchte ist genau hier richtig kann ich nur empfehlen. Ayşe war auch immer sofort erreichbar das fand ich besonders schön. Wir konnten unsere Koffer auch nach dem Checkout unten lagern, fand ich besonders gut. Ich kann es eben nur weiter empfehlen.

Расположение отличное, до пляжа 5 мин идти, Квартира чистая , все- как на фото! Лифт, кафе и ресторанов 100, везде детские площадки и парк в 10 мин! Была в Турции 20 раз, это лучшее место

The room was spotless, with fresh and neatly arranged bedding that felt brand new. The shared spaces were also well-organized and easy to use, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. We stayed for about a week, and everything was great. Our host was proactive and provided clear check in video instructions in advance and gave us some good tips on the neighbourhood. The place was clean and well presented. Probably the only thing that was missing in the kitchen was the oven, but that’s my mom impression and she likes to roast stuff. Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location.

Check-in process was very easy and we were greeted at the parking space to guide us to the apartment building. Overall experience was great. Apartment was clean and Selcuk walked us through every room and the amenities. Apartment building was very close to the busy area including shops and restaurants yet very quite. we have reserved the apartment for 3 nights however due to medical emergency, we had to head back on 2nd night itself. Would love to visit the country again and will not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

We booked this as 4 people no one wanted to share a bed the host was very helpful and added an extra bed. The views were amazing and location is perfect everything is walking distance. Not to mention the reception staff were very helpful even when we are calling for taxi they guide the driver exactly where need to go in Turkish.

Had a great stay at the ARKK Homes penthouse! The space was huge, and the deck was exactly what I hoped for, with great views over Antalya. Location was perfect, just outside of the Old Town but about a block to the entrance at Hadrian’s Gate. The owner was very helpful and met us late to help us check in, and also helped me call Budget Car Rental in Turkish to figure out an issue I had. Parking is about 4 blocks away. Master bedroom has curtains instead of doors- was not an issue at all for us but something to be aware of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Dumlu, even though I made a last minute reservation at a late hour, he waited for me until I arrived at his place and accompanied me to the house where I would stay. Despite all the tiredness of the day, he answered all my questions with both his energy and sincerity and did not spare his support. The location of the house is really in the heart of Antalya, especially the center. The Old Town, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 6-7 minute walk from historical ruins to the door opening to a completely different dimension, such as Hadrian's Gate. The fact that the surroundings of the house are old, neglected and slightly dark in some areas should not worry anyone. No matter what time of the night, morning or day, alone or with two people, a safe accommodation with plenty of alternatives and within walking distance to everywhere awaits you in this authentic place, one of the oldest settlements in Antalya. We stayed for 3 nights at the apartment It is a gated community with a huge pool and slides kids had fun and we enjoyed as well Local attractions are in close proximity although would advise to rent a car for comfort

We stayed a month at Onur’s property. We liked the neighborhood for our family. It was safe to walk around at night. We didn’t have a car, but parking is available. Public transportation is about 10 minutes from the apartment. There is also a Taksi Box close by that we used to call for taxis. The apartment is bigger than we thought, with an ample bathroom. The kitchen is small, but functional. Internet was reliable for remote work. Onur was a very responsive and friendly host. We recommend the property and the host.

Schnuckliges Einzimmerapartment mit großer(!) Dachterrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe zur City mit guten Geschäften und Restaurants sowie dem Markantalya-Shoppingcenter und der AntRay in mac. drei Minuten Fußwegentfernung. Es handelt sich um einen Teil einer ehemaligen Dachgeschosswohnung, die zu vier Apartments umgebaut wurde. Es ist wie in vielen türkischen Wohnungen hellhörig und wegen der uralten Klimaanlage ist Ohropax für den Nachtschlaf empfohlen. Bad/WC sind nur über die Terrasse erreichbar. Die Eigentümerfamilie ist den ganzen Tag in ihrer Autowaschanlage um die Ecke oder nachts per App erreichbar. Die Bude war blitzsauber. An manchen Stellen müsste instandgehalten werden, z.B. Apartmenttüren und Beleuchtung. Auch eine Bettlampe wäre nett. Ansonsten ist die Ausrüstung vollständig, das Bad schimmelfrei und der Warmwasserboiler ausreichend groß für eine lange oder zwei kurze Duschen. Insgesamt für die Lage und den Preis ein Top-Angebot für den City-Aufenthalt in Antalya.
