Both Sarah and Tony were delightful hosts and a pleasure to work with. We had a small issue with the heating and Tony was extremely helpful and dealt with it straight away. Would highly recommend!

This beautiful cottage is very cozy, well situated in a peaceful location. The size is great for a family but also ample for a couple. Lots of space and a great kitchen. The bath is just a wonderful touch to a peaceful home in the Cotswolds. Louisa is a great host.

Absolutely perfect find for a girly weekend away! Such a beautiful setting, very private and we didnt see another person whilst staying in the apartment, other than the beautiful dogs, chicken and horses!! Everything was perfect as described, with plenty of info and recommendations left in the apartment for arrival. Amazing location, so many beautufil places to visit within 10-40 mins drive, all of which are worth going to. Couldnt fault a single thing. We will definitely return to stay in this property. Thank you so much!

The place was amazing and exceeded our expectations, the surroundings were also beautiful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go again. Also Mike and Adina were really helpful in every aspect.

Great stay at Milton under Wychwood. The cottage was ideal and had everything we could want- only thing we would say was a torch for taking out the dogs at night as it can be quite dark (there may be one already but we couldn’t find it!) Really helpful check in instructions and felt like everything had been thought of!

Wow what a find. Tracy's place was just what we needed in the middle of winter. Despite the damp and windy weather the cottage was lovely and cosy with everything we needed for our traditional family weekend. The wood burner was great and we really appreciated the extra touch of pastries and bubbles. The cottage is in a lovely peaceful location and was beautifully presented and really well equipped. In terms of finding it we would recommend "What Three Words" rather than the sat nav which wanted to take us to the farm up the lane!. Thank you again Tracy.

This was a lovely little find in a beautiful peaceful area. Steve is super friendly and welcoming and gives some good recommendations about the local area. The place is equipped with all the little extras just to make the stay extra special. The private hot tub is secluded to give that relaxing feeling. The complimentary red wine and Prosecco was the perfect touch. The option to use the mountain bikes is a really nice addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
