I have stayed at Dana’s place several times now - this last trip was over 3 weeks, as we waited for our house-full of furniture to arrive and readied our new home nearby to move in. I feel like Dana’s place it’s my home away from home. She is very responsive and always willing to help and accommodate with kindness. Very comfy place to stay, well furnished and has everything we need.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

The perfect place to stay for our family and pups. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. The home was so nice and was spacious and had all of the conveniences of home. My favorite part of this house was the beautiful master bathroom shower and master bedroom.. If we are ever in Murfreesboro again I would definitely want to stay here.

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

We loved to stay at this stone house! What a beautiful place to stay! We felt home! Had everything we needed and we were 2 adults 2 kids and a puppy. Very well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo conditioner and soap! Neat place! Also, at a great location and James was very responsive, helpful and kind.

The place was perfect! My parents were very comfortable with how clean and comfortable the home was. Booker my dog LOVED the backyard! We have another trip coming in a month and if the house is available then we are definitely coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood and area is very nice and friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to all parts of Nashville. The house is cute and cozy, and matches pictures and description well. The back yard is huge and fantastic if traveling with pets.

Loved our stay at the Urban Oasis. Kenzie was great with communication and made us feel right at home. Place was plenty big with 3 bedrooms (including queen bunk bed). A handful of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay again! -Parker

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was well-described. Samantha communicated all that we needed to know. The house is in a great location, close to dozens of good restaurants, cafes and lounges. Very peaceful with a wonderful backyard. Be sure to note that there is no oven other than the microwave and there are limited 3-prong electrical outlets. None of that affected our stay but it may be important for others. We'd definitely stay there again.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

It was a comfortable stay. I liked the location. It is close enough to walk to the "fun and loud" areas, but the building was far enough to have peace and quietness. The bed was comfortable, and the stay was nice. I would have extended my stay except the place was already booked.

Great condo close to downtown and all that Nashville has to offer. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon!

Positive experience all around. Illume is a just great building to start. Its central location grants you quick and easy access to all the action in every direction, but tucked back just enough to not be confronted with it 24-7. For those who enjoy nightlife, but still value things like privacy & sleep, it’s an excellent choice. The unit itself was very clean and accommodating. Host was friendly and responsive , though contact was minimal since we didn’t find ourselves really needing anything, which is arguably the greatest indicator of a good host. We only required assistance once, and once and that was to extend our stay an extra day 😉. A+ would Highly recommend.

What a great host and place to stay for a work trip. The place was clean, easy to find, and very close to my favorite Thai restaurant (Deg Thai) in the United States. I’d stay here again for my next trip. Our host was very responsive and proactive with communication. No issues. No BS.

Jeffrey’s place had everything we needed for our first trip to Nashville. The unit was exactly as described, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location of this Airbnb was one of the highlights. It’s in a super cute East Nashville neighborhood. The street was quiet and safe, but we still felt like we could experience the city. We were within walking distance to great restaurants. Downtown Nashville was a close drive, and getting an Uber was relatively cheap and fast. We’ll definitely plan on staying here next time we come to town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was such a nice relaxing retreat while we were at a Marriage conference. There’s plenty of space. It was so peaceful and we were able to get such good restful sleep. Very nice place!!!!!

Natalia’s suite was exactly what I needed where I needed it. Its proximity to restaurants and supermarkets made my stay in Tennessee all the more enjoyable.

The AirBnb Tori has is fantastic ; I 100% recommend you stay with her if you're given the chance. Zues & Zeek are really sweet dogs always happy to see us. Our Elektra loves the fenced in yard Tori has, and Tori went out of her way to help us if we ended up over staying a visit to my in-laws. There was even a way for us to spot clean if any paws got something muddy. All the appliances worked great and we felt right at home. Thanks Tori!

Donna has a plaque on the mantle and it sums up the feeling you get at her place. Welcome… Come in and stay awhile. Leave all your worries at the door for this is a place of peace.
