Murlo : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Casa Bada! It is a true gem and perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany. Suzy and her family are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the most amazing gourmet four-course meal. It was the best meal we had during our two week stay in Italy. Highly recommend you book a meal while staying here. The view from the Airbnb is more beautiful than a postcard. We loved sitting outside and taking in the breathtaking views, even around Christmas time (the fireplace inside is the perfect spot to warm up). We stayed as four adults and a toddler, they provided a crib, toys and high chair which was so appreciated. It was a good size for all of us. We’re already planning our next visit!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con il nostro cane di taglia media. Un soggiorno di relax, casa ampia e fornita e punto forte il giardino! Oltre a noi anche il nostro cane lo ha apprezzato tanto. Antonio e la moglie sono davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti in caso di necessità Soggiorno bellissimo!

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

L'alloggio di Marco, Anna Maria e Federico è un appartamentino carino e curato. È situato in una posizione comoda per poter raggiungere il centro di Firenze facilmente ed in poco tempo, sia con i mezzi pubblici che a piedi. Nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio ci sono pizzeria, pasticceria e soprattutto la Vecchia Osteria del Nacchero ...tutti posti che abbiamo trovato ottimi! Marco ci ha accolto personalmente ed è stato gentilissimo e cortese, fornendoci anche indicazioni e consigli utili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

CaseMaggi was our perfect home base for a week. It was lovely (just as pictured), a good size for 3 adults with all the amenities you could want and more! An easy walk to groceries, cafes, restaurants, farmacias, Piazza Santa Croce. Hosts were so helpful, especially when we got sick, making recommendations and even helping us cancel a dinner reservation we otherwise would have been charged for. Only 2 things we didn’t love. The bedsheets were rough/scratchy (being sick, we spent more time in bed than we would have liked). Also, street can get noisy at night (especially Saturdays). There’s a restaurant (a great one, we went there!) directly below and a bar on the corner. Lots of vehicle and people noise till the wee hours, hard to shut out even with windows closed. But neither issue was enough to detract from our trip. Florence is amazing, Margherita and Michael were wonderful hosts, and CaseMaggi is the perfect place to experience it! We’ve already recommended it to friends!

This is our second stay at Nicola’s Airbnb. He is a one of the best hosts on Airbnb. He is also an amazing licensed tour guide. Don’t hesitate to stay there and book one of his many tours. The apartment is in a perfect location and walkable.

Federico foi muito gentil conosco, sempre respondeu com rapidez e cortesia. Amei o espaço, muito limpo, os móveis conservados, todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha e banheiro. Federico está de parabéns pelo cuidado e carinho ao receber os hóspedes. Amamos o espaço e o anfitrião.

Mimma’s place in Florence was an amazing stay! The location was perfect—very walkable and in a safe, convenient area close to everything. The apartment was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with Mimma was good; she was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment here. I will definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

A location that feels like it’s right in Times Square, combined with overwhelming hospitality. I went to the owner’s recommended restaurants every day, and they were all delicious. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop terrace will surely be an unforgettable memory for a lifetime.

Casa accogliente e piacevole, ben fornita di tutto. All'arrivo buona pulizia. Ottima posizione, vicino alla pineta e le spiagge. Abbiamo passato una quindicina di giorni molto piacevoli. Host reattiva e disponibile.

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Leonardo a été très réactif. Nous ne nous sommes pas rencontré, mais il a été très disponible dans les échanges messages. Le logement est agréable, dans un environnement calme.

Sehr gute Lage (knapp ausserhalb der ZTL, verkehrsberuhigten Zone) Gerade mit dem Auto super praktisch, weiter in die Altstadt dürfte man nicht fahren und bei der Unterkunft ist der private Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Innenhof inklusive. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt aber auch Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel wirkte sauber und sicher. Die Wohnung hat für zwei Personen eine gute Grösse und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, gegen die Seitenstrasse und im inneren vom Gebäude eher hellhörig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin welche zeitnah antwortet. Gerne wieder.

我们一行三人12月30日到1月2日入住公寓，由于在路上我们耽搁了一些时间，房东非常耐心地在公寓门口等我们，帮我们提行李到房间，很耐心周到地给我们介绍公寓的设施设备和使用方法以及注意事项。公寓卫生非常好，床品也很干净舒适。公寓地处市中心，和圣母百花大教堂和老桥仅一步之遥，去哪里基本都步行可达，地理位置十分便利，房东很绅士也挺帅的，离开时还帮我们叫了的士。总之是一次很愉快的入住体验，再一次感谢🙏🙏🙏

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo mini appartamento molto carino due adulti e 3 ragazzi. Tutto nuovo sia nelle rifinitura che negli arredi (anche la biancheria del letto e del bagno).Accolti dalla proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fatto trovare della frutta e alcune bottiglie d’acqua in frigo oltre all’ indispensabile per cucinare(zucchero,caffè,olio,sale). L ‘appartamento ha un enorme terrazzo attrezzato dove poter far colazione guardando le colline tutte intorno. Ottima posizione. Vicinissimo a Siena e a 15 min dalle terme di Rapolano. A due passi dal paese dove si trovano diversi ristoranti, una pizzeria e supermercato. Consigliatissimo.
