Murlo : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

La casa è assolutamente stupenda, con una splendida vista sui colli circostanti. Ben arredata e spaziosa, è davvero molto accogliente! In cucina c’era tutto il necessario (pentole, stoviglie, canovacci, detersivi). In salotto c’è la possibilità di accendere il camino. Uno dei bagni è dotato di vasca idromassaggio! La posizione è perfetta per alternare giornate di pace assoluta a giretti a Firenze, Arezzo e Siena, o 1000 altri splendidi borghi toscani. Il giardino esterno è una vera chicca: essendo inverno non l’abbiamo sfruttato molto, ma è stato perfetto per ammirare i fuochi di Capodanno. Giulio, che ci ha accolto, è stato davvero molto gentile! I gattoni Umberto e Pierino ci hanno tenuto compagnia. Come chiaramente indicato su AirBnb e specificato al momento della prenotazione, il riscaldamento non è incluso e va pagato al momento del check-out: per 3 giorni abbiamo speso 60 euro.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

Mérite + que 5 étoiles! Maison très jolie et avec de beaux matériaux, un bel équipement. Tout à disposition. Ont même laissé de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner (lait beurre, confiture…) et les condiments. Entrée privative, sécurisée et jardin! Un accueil parfait, très gentil et en anglais! Vraiment parfait nous recommandons ++++++++++++! Et MERCI à nos hôtes et au jeune homme qui nous a accueilli.

Jenny est une hôte incroyable ! Elle a été aux petits soins avec nous, toujours très réactive. Sa grange est parfaite pour découvrir la région et passer une semaine paisible au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. L’endroit est absolument unique et la vue y est magnifique. Dans la maison, tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez bien, Jenny a équipé sa grange avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires, du mobilier de qualité (notamment un lit très confortable) et tous les essentiels de salle de bain. On s’y sent vraiment bien ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette grange et reviendrons sans hésiter si nous visitons à nouveau la région.

Lorenzo’s apartment was well positioned for exploring all of Florence, super clean, cozy and comfortable. He was super communicative about check in, and answered all of our questions (how to keep the flame on with the stovetop!). The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with everything right at your fingertips. We loved Wanda Cafe right across the street! The weather was a bit too cool in the evenings and mornings to enjoy the patio, but it is lovely. The heat works well inside and we were very cozy! Lorenzo left us some candies and juice and biscuits which was much appreciated and other items for cooking and basic coffee/tea items. We’d return and would recommend it. Beds and linens all very clean too!

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Appartamento bellissimo e di nuova costruzione situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro di Marina di Grosseto. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato sul retro dell'appartamento in area chiusa. Hosting super disponibili e gentilissimi. Super consigliato!

Excelente. No buscaría más. Muy agradable, amplio y linda vista. Ricasoli es una gran ubicación y por eso puede ser algo ruidoso (campanas de la Iglesia, transeúntes), pero está muy bien ubicado y con una terraza con vista directa al Duomo que más que compensa!

Cannot beat the location, which makes the terrace space that much better! The space is very modern despite being in a historic building. The windows are soundproof, so even in a lively neighborhood, it was peaceful inside. The recommendations provided by Alessandro and Nerm were extensive — they truly thought about every single item someone could use a recommendation for. They were incredibly responsive throughout our stay, and the place was immaculate. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at casa di Vanda. A home away from home with all the amenities needed. We were met by the hosts who gave us a guided tour to the house and the neighborhood. They have an excellent guidebook with detailed instructions to work appliances and transportation, etc. They even assisted us with a personal issue during our stay. The home was beautiful and well-cared for in a nice neighborhood. A pastry and coffee shop on the corner and a small grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Communication was good the entire stay. Public transportation to and from the city center is easy. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Dan has been an excellent host; even from a distance, he was always attentive and responsive to all our requests and questions. Netti was very welcoming and kind on the last day. The only downside is the thin walls between the apartments. Other than that, there’s nothing to criticize. The interior design is perfect—being designers ourselves, we immediately fell in love with this apartment. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

La casa è in zona riservata e silenziosa e in un residence molto tranquillo fornito di tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Il mare dista 5 minuti a piedi ed è possibile scegliere tra lido privato e spiaggia libera. La Piscina del residence è a 1 minuto a piedi dall’alloggio, così come il bar e il market e la lavanderia a gettoni. Posto auto non assegnato ma sempre disponibile all’interno della struttura! Il centro storico di Castiglione della Pescaia è raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti ma personalmente consiglio una bici (noleggiabile all’interno del Residence) per agevolare gli spostamenti e soprattutto per evitare il parcheggio dell’auto (introvabile ad agosto). L’Host Jacopo è stato sempre presente, davvero disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per quanto concerne consigli e suggerimenti ed ha risolto in 2 ore la rottura di un elettrodomestico, sostituendolo prontamente..A sue (care) spese! Sicuramente in futuro ritornerei a scegliere Jacopo e la sua casa! Grazie Mille!

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Beautiful apartment surrounded by spectacular scenery. Photos for this listing doesn’t do justice to this hidden gem. Warm and hospitable hosts…one of the best we had! Deserve 6 stars! Can’t ask for more. We will definitely be back. A MUST stay in Umbria!

Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso casale ad agosto, famiglia al completo (2 bambini, 7 e 2 anni). Ci siamo trovati molto bene, casa pulita e ordinata, corrispondente con quanto visto in foto e letto nell'annuncio. Il giardino esterno ben tenuto e la piscina sempre pulita. Host disponibili e reattivi, ci hanno fornito diverse indicazioni utili oltre che accordarci flessibilità per l'arrivo e il check in. Ci torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che saremo in zona.
