Wow! Just wow! This place was amazing. Clean, absolutely perfect location, and so spacious!! We loved it! Maria Elisa was absolutely welcoming and a joy to talk to, one of the better hosts I’ve ever had. Walking distance to essentially everything, the location couldn’t be better. The view from the rooftop terrace is also amazing and great for family pics. Out of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed at in our Italy trip, this was our favorite and Maria Elisa was also our favorite host. Don’t hesitate, this place is a gem

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Eddj was one of the friendliest and most accessible host. He even offered to pick us from Firenze SMN. He picked us and brought us to this lovely apartment minutes from the station. The apartment is on the first floor ( no lift) and very tiny stairs but Eddj even helped us to take the luggage up which was a huge help. The place is amazing functionally- gadgets appliances and amenities are as described. He even presented us a bottle of Rose and some munchies. The apartment matches the description and the photos. Addj was always available for any queries and overall a great experience. we will be back Thanks

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Stefano’s apartment. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Florence, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The only thing worth noting is that it can be a bit noisy at times, as the apartment is situated in a lively part of the historical center. However, this didn’t take away from the experience at all, and I’d highly recommend this place! :)

Loved staying at this lovely and very clean apartment, a nice mix of modern and historic architecture. Many nice places to have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Hosts were friendly, and helpful with cleaning and coffee supplies. I hope to return again and stay longer next time!

Absolutely stunning views in the town and old world tuscan decor in the very private Villa. Amanda was an excellent communicator and helped with planning details about places to see as well as facilitating our very own private chef for pasta making/a dinner for our family of 5. The entire home was spotless and had every amenity you can think of. We even made cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve in the incredible kitchen. Our stay in the Villa was the highlight of our family trip during Christmas! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. 5 stars!!

Marco è eccellente, sempre disponibile ad aiutarci, nessun problema di comunicazione, era lì nel check-in, ha datto tutte le informazione importante. Il luogo è perfetto para soggiorno di lunga durata, internet veloce, facile di arrivare, adesso con la Tram via T2 è facile arrivare alla stazione treno Santa Maria Novella oppure l'aeroporto. E Firenze? Magica da 500 anni !!!

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

We felt it like home, it was clean, good location, the outdoors were pretty picturesque, Stefano And Pamela were very hospitable, they helped us with many things including food and clear instructions. We will definitely visit again if ever in Italy and suggest others as well.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

È stato un viaggio improvvisato -tra fratelli e sorelle- nella bellissima Orvieto. Tutto del nostro breve soggiorno ha superato le aspettative: oltre alla meravigliosa cittadina, piena di gente ospitale e monumenti incredibili, l'alloggio di Chiara si è rivelato essere una cornice perfetta. Piccola ma incredibilmente funzionale, arredata con gusto e personalità, spazi pulitissimi e confortevoli, temperatura perfetta, letti davvero comodi. Comunicare con Chiara si è rivelato sin dal principio molto facile, ci è venuta incontro rispetto ad alcune anticipazioni/posticipazioni di check-in e check-out (ove possibile) e si è dimostrata subito molto gentile, amichevole e calda nell'accoglienza. La posizione è in un punto del centro storico tranquillo ma vicinissimo a tutte le maggiori attrazioni e ai molti localini. Cos'altro aggiungere? Se vi troverete a passare per quel gioiellino che è Orvieto, fatevi abbracciare dalla bellezza di questa casetta. Sarà come sentirvi a casa! Grazie Chiara.

Absolutely beautiful 3 level condo on the top floor of the building with water view of the Arno from the rooftop balcony. We are a family of 8 traveling together and this spacious apartment met all of our needs - we were not on top of each other. Very centrally located to my daughter, who is studying in Florence for the semester. There was someone onsite to let us in and provide instruction. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Florence!

You definitely need to book Ilaria’s place for your stay in Florence! The neighbourhood was exactly what I wanted and managed to walk to any restaurant I had on my to go list. The apartment is so beautiful and clean and makes you feel at home from the moment you enter it. Ilaria is friendly and helpful and provides all the information you need to make your stay as easy as possible. Can’t wait to come back! <3

Wir waren fünf Tage in Florenz und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung von Simona und Jacopo ist sehr zentral gelegen, und trotzdem gab es keinen Lärm während der Nacht. In wenigen Schritten ist man bereits auf dem Domplatz, und auch viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Simona hat alles perfekt organisiert: Informationen zum check-in, Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Gepäckaufbewahrung usw. Auch unsere Anfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgerüstet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Deshalb sehr gerne fünf Sterne und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

La estancia estuvo perfecta. Cumplió con nuestras expectativas. La ubicación estuvo bien tanto para llegar en tren como para ir caminando a las atracciones principales de Florencia.

O espaço é exatamente igual ao mostrado nas fotos, tudo muito limpo! Até mesmo as cafeteiras moka estavam limpas! Cozinha bem equipada. Aquecedor e ar condicionado funcionando super bem e a maquina de lavar e secar roupas foi de grande utilidade. A Sabrina foi super gentil a todo momento, tirando nossas duvidas e respondendo rapidamente. A localização é excelente, tem de tudo perto desde restaurantes, mercado, cafeterias até mesmo os pontos turísticos. Adoramos o local e voltaríamos em uma próxima oportunidade!

This was me se one time staying at Fabrizio place . And felt right home. Fabrizio amazing person, always available. The plane is in the middle of everything. As a lift , I never travel light .. that help so Much ! The apartment was spotless clean. The most comfortable bed . Slept like a baby! Bathroom full of you need , nice sops and more. Nice size shower . I can’t wait to go back again . And want to said thank you to Fabrizio again! And if you want a place we’re you need to fell home away from Home . This is the place ❤️ Hope to go back soon!

Non è la prima volta che alloggio in questo appartamento perché ormai è una garanzia, host super reattivo nella comunicazione, disponibile e amichevole. Appartamento fantastico e super bene posizionato. A pochi metri dalla stazione e in pieno centro. Posto giusto se volete visitare la splendida Firenze godendovi anche un sano relax nella jacuzzi all’Interno dell’ alloggio o un bel film con il vostro partner, grazie al proiettore in camera da letto ! Frigobar super fornito per dare un tocco in più al meraviglioso soggiorno. Lo consiglio caldamente a chiunque ne fosse interessato.
