Great location, check in was super easy with very detailed instructions. Underground parking was only $10 per night which was also convenient.

Donna's house is a perfect relaxing home away from home. All the comfort, ease, and convenience of home in an incredibly zen well designed house with a beautiful pool in a convenient location to shopping and entertainment. Donna is very responsive and will make sure your stay is perfect! I plan on staying here again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great family vacation with adult children! Tiffenay was great. She was flexible on some things we needed and extremely responsive. The home is absolutely lovely. Massive island for six people to sit at. Very peaceful neighborhood. We were in the heated pool + Jacuzzi every day. The 2.2 baths were amazing for our group of six to have privacy. We played the Wikipedia trivia game provided every night for hours. On Sunday, we had an issue and Tiffenay was immediately responsive and everything was solved within a couple hours. In addition, she went above and beyond to bring us a martini shaker when we realized there wasn’t one in the house. The home is well stocked. We cooked every night. There was a lot of coffee left for us. Whole beans with a grinder. You’re surrounded by great neighborhoods. We were 15 minutes from everything. Would recommend going to the Knox Henderson area for restaurants and home shopping. Bishop art district for unique shops and eateries. Would recommend!

We stayed here 3 nights and can’t think of a better quaint home in the area! Super responsive hosts, had everything we needed. When we couldn’t locate something we were answered in minutes! Cannot complain a bit. Have already talked to friends about staying here when they come. Would stay again!

Couldn't have picked a better place! Was a perfect location, was super happy with everything. Very spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed. Right across the street from the best steakhouse in Dallas, Bobs! Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dallas!

We loved Aj place! Very easy to communicate with and I had to move out of another Airbnb due to health problems there and he responded at 3am and had us booked and let us check in asap at that time! I loved the game room and the roof top view was beautiful! Definitely would stay again!

Mike and Adriana were amazing hosts! Very quick response time and so friendly and accommodating! Celebrated my birthday here and had a great time. Beautiful property and met all of our needs. Check in and check out we’re very simple and straight forward. They give plenty of details and were awesome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Loved staying here. Perfect little bungalow for my business trip. Just off of Lovers Lane for quick access to where I needed to be. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean as could be. Will stay here again! Highly recommend.

William was a fantastic host! Super responsive and the instructions were clear and super easy for check in and check out. Also the space was super cute I wish the weather was nicer so I could have enjoyed the adorable patio.

The home is spacious and well-maintained with everything needed for a short stay. We didn't use the guest bedrooms, but the master suite was very comfortable with nice bedding. The backyard is securely fenced for pets with lots of shade - only downside was all that shade probably makes it hard to keep grass alive, so the non-paved areas are just dirt. Because of rain, it took a little extra effort to prevent muddy paws, but it was so nice much better than staying in a pet friendly hotel. Very close to the airport but never noticed any noise inside. Would stay again!

Perfect place to stay for a conference at the convention center. Easy walk to the convention center and most downtown Dallas attractions. Lots of great restaurant options easily sensible — including the AT&T Exchange food court. Having a provided parking spot, which was also easy to navigate, was super helpful as we had a car to be able to visit Austin, Waco, Fort Worth and other nearby areas of interest. We enjoyed our time, would stay again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Cota’s place was perfect for us. Close to our event. It was very convenient & comfortable.

What a lovely surprise entering the apartment complex’s courtyard! You feel like you’ve entered a magical lush garden. Water sculptures and hidden away outdoor seating plus a small elegant pool are just some of the outdoor amenities. The unit we reserved was downstairs and easy to access through the keypad into the courtyard and then another keypad into the unit. The unit had 2 bedrooms with super comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. There’s a full bath and a half back (sink & toilet). The living area is spacious and couch comfortable. The fridge was very nice and cold with ice maker. The kitchen was clean and functional for short term stays. We were there a month so needed more variety cooking pans. The one large TV in the living room and the internet work great. The one thing I would mention is if anyone has trouble with walking on uneven ground it may be an issue because the pathway to the unit is ucobblestone bricks and uneven. The other plus is easy and plenty of parking!

The host was very helpful with out of the ordinary requests. It was exceptional.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

Locale is a very great and helpful host that has a very nice place and gives beautiful view of downtown Dallas!

Just want to express my gratitude to Gerard and Ramona for the use of their place. My parents live 2.3 miles away and we wanted to have my family down from Northern VA for the holidays. This included my youngest daughter's boyfriend's family from California, who after the weekend became family as my daughter's boyfriend proposed to her at the Cowboys/Redskins game. Even though we were not there much of the time the place is much larger than the square footage indicates and the place is immaculate. Eventually my Mom and Dad will be moving to an even smaller place in a retirement facility and I plan on coming back to the Little Red cabin! On suggestion for our circumstances in particular would be to remove the materials on the driveway. Even though we had ample space to park the 42' fifth wheel RV, having the extra room would have made jockeying around a bit easier. Regardless, this place was a godsend for what my family needed this Christmas, not just in its proximity but also in its overall comfortableness. Thank you very much for providing a place that allowed so many of us to come together for an unforgettable Holiday!!
