We visited the area for a local open garden event and the Stoneleigh Miners Cottage was the perfect weekend accommodation. We felt so warmly welcomed, with thoughtful touches throughout the home to make our stay not just comfortable but special. Our highlights were sipping port by the fireplace and a peaceful breakfast on the verandah! Tim was a friendly and responsive host and the local recommendations were great. We would very happily stay here again!

Beautifully appointed with generous provisions and amenities. Felt completely at home and very welcomed by Jules at amazing Tomfoolery cellar next door. A must visit. The real test - would we return? Absolutely! 5 stars!

Great location to explore the Grampians National Park. The cabin was very spacious and contains everything you need. The bed was big and comfortable. Very quiet, so perfect for a good night's sleep. The instructions how to get there were very helpful. We especially loved feeding the birds 🥰 Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here very much! Thank you ☺️🥰

We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin. The gravel road leading up to it was a bit rough, but manageable. The peaceful isolation and forest surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was seeing alpacas in the morning, which was a fun and unique experience. The fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and while the cabin isn’t luxurious, it has all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We did notice the water in the spa was a little cloudy and came across a few spiders in the cabin, but nothing too unexpected for a place in the woods. A nice touch was the collection of board games, which we really enjoyed playing. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a great spot for those looking to unplug and unwind.

The photos don’t do this beautiful space justice. Everywhere I looked, the house had fine well thought out details. From the beautiful window shutters, where furniture was positioned or the styling of each room, even the ceiling looked stunning. Everything was easily accessible. It felt like we were completely at home, comfortable and happy in the space. I will definitely be booking there again in the future. Thanks guys x

This has been by far the most complete Airbnb I’ve stayed at across multiple countries (I’ve lost access to my original Airbnb account, but I’ve definitely been to several Airbnb’s before!). The hosts thought of everything—utensils, coffee, sugar, teas, biscuits—you name it. The serene, peaceful environment was perfect for disconnecting, with no Wi-Fi but reliable cell service if needed. The hot tub was the cherry on top—clean, well-maintained, and a first-time experience we seriously loved. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. It’s very private and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Pro tip: bring a laptop or small device if you’d like to watch something while enjoying the tub, just make sure not to drop it lol, that’ll be on you! I used my personal hotspot to connect my devices to the internet to enjoy my shows ◡̈

The place is amazing with its access to the outdoors and the comfortability of being close to town which has all the essentials. Linda was great Ik commuinication with me prior to arrival and during the stay. Would Reccomend to other couples!!

We stayed at Milkmans Cottage for a week and honestly wished we could have made it longer. Lovely cottage which was very private and in a great location close to local IGA, and takeaways. Felt at home from the time we arrived and managed a very relaxing sleep from the first night. The cottage was a great size and very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. I am already planning my next trip to Victoria and hope to stay at The Milkmans Cottage again. Kyabram is a good size town and is easy driving distance to Shepparton and Echuca. Lyn was a great host so I would have no hesitation in recommending the stay if you are travelling around the area and are looking for a great place to stop over.

The cottage was great, too bad I was only staying one night because the place was fantastic and the attention to detail and little touches were awesome. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Daylesford Country Retreats. The accommodation was just as described and as per the photos. The beautiful scenery around the property made our stay so peaceful. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for having us!

Loved our stay at Kate's home....beautiful well appointed cottage & we couldn't have been more comfortable. Close to the CBD & a gorgeous stroll to the lake! We hope to be back again as Bendigo was beautiful & our stay made so enjoyable with this accommodation.

Little Olive was a great place to stay on my way from Sydney to Melbourne. It has everything you need and is close to cafes and restaurants. Great spot. Victoria and Leanne were very helpful

We loved this place! We stayed the night before my wedding and used it to get ready morning of and it was perfect for this purpose! Perfect spot for hair and make up, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable and roomy bedrooms and lounge plus beautiful outdoor area. Loved the decor, the place felt clean and modern but still with character in keeping with the era of the home. The host Sarina was really easy to deal with. Definitely recommend!

We totally loved our stay at the Shack - absolutely delightful cottage in lovely surroundings. Buffy and Graham were very friendly and responsive, and had helpful suggestions of places to visit locally. The shack was super well equipped with everything we needed, as well as some bonuses like freshly picked tomatoes from the garden. We loved the décor and found it a really relaxing place to stay. Beds were comfy and everything worked well and was cosy and comfortable, with great wifi as well which enabled us to connect in to work when we needed to. River walk was lovely and peaceful. We would definitely love to come back again.

The Salthouse was a perfect location for our 4 night stay in Robe. Short walk to Main st & all the shops/cafes/restaurants as well as Town beach. The cottage was lovely, very comfortable, cosy & clean. The fully fenced private front garden was a great area to sit & perfect for our little pooch. Jamie our host was fantastic, very friendly, full of local information & great recommendations. We also appreciated the fresh eggs & chocolates on arrival. Highly recommend this place & would certainly stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful spot. Was cozy house. Some nice personal touches like the coffee. As it was a work trip wifi would have been nice as I had a fair bit of work to do but for one night was not a big issue. Any longer and it would have been a problem. Enjoyed a walk to the top of the hill behind the house which was nice. Would recommend for a couples get away

Enjoyed the peace and quiet in this lovely area. Comfortable beds, cottage was well furnished with everything needed, and a lovely deck area to relax on.

We had a wonderful few days in Beechworth. Joan’s home is incredibly clean and well looked after. Check in and out was a breeze. You can easily bike ride into town. If you are paddle boarding like us. the lake is a very short drive away.

Shady Brook Cottages exceeded expectations. Nestled into nature, tranquil & quiet. This place was what we needed for our nature break. Accessible to hiking trails and nearby places to see & experience. My favourite memory will be of sitting on the verandah watching the various species of parrots and birds visiting the garden. Peaceful, calm, relaxing.

Great location, close to shops in a quiet peaceful little town. Elizabeth stocked us up with b’fast goodies which was appreciated and we felt very comfortable in the house. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting some time out :)

Waking up surrounded by nature, with soft morning light streaming in, was absolutely unforgettable. 🌿☀️ And can we talk about the coolest bathroom plumbing ever?! Such a unique, charming touch that added even more character to this already magical place. Every little detail was so well thought out, making it feel rustic yet perfectly comfortable. It was easy to see why this place is a guest favourite. The self contained apartment was stylishly appointed, spotless clean, well equipped and was just the right distance from the busier part of the Halls Gap village. Surrounded by the lovely Grampians, this airbnb home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
