We were greeted with a nice welcome package, with coffee, cookies, milk and cereal! The historic charm of this place was unforgettable, it was very clean and comfortable.

Nicole and Ross were extremely welcoming and helpful. Loved the location and the accommodation itself was lovely. Will definitely re-book in the future.

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

Enjoyed our stay in Richmond. Erika & Chris’s place is a spacious, modern apartment down a quiet alleyway. Has all the amenities needed, and is within walkable distance to both West Richmond and North Richmond train stations, as well as nearby bus & tram stops.

My girlfriends and I booked Charlotte's place for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The garden is just gorgeous, and we loved the easy indoor/outdoor flow from the large living area. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was also a big bonus having two bathrooms. The local speciality supermarket is amazing - make sure you check out the deli section! With great coffee only a one minute walk away and the tramline close by we found being here so relaxing and easy. A definite must-stay if you're heading to Melbourne.

Excellent stay. Beautiful home next to the centre of Albury in walking distance to a park for our kids. The aesthetic and care in the details really impressed us. The host, Marion was very proactive with trending to our needs and ensuring we had everything we could want ahead of time. We stayed for 13 nights with a family of 5. Highly recommend this home.

I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

The house - the photos do not do this place justice. The home is beautiful and well kept for its age. The detailed cornices, and ceiling roses made it so homely and inviting. I felt very relaxed here Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Family friendly modestly decorated and spacious rooms (great for a baby newly walking). Note - small steps into and a few to the yard which were no issue, interior is one level baby had no issue with walking around interior. Yard - baby friendly and birds visiting were the perfect way to start the day over a morning coffee. Toni was everything I love in a host. She had great communication and let us know when house was ready (before scheduled check in time). A couple of questions she was quick to respond and very polite. Thankyou for letting us borrow your home and create some lasting family memories here ❤️

A great place to stay in vibrant Smith St Collingwood. So many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The classic terrace has been fitted out in a lovely style and the living space upstairs is a fabulous and spacious room. Kizzi & Michael were very friendly and responsive, helping out quickly to fix a small problem. Unexpected bonus was the courtyard with the basketball hoop.

Ryan was a pleasant host, who was easy To contact with questions. Will definitely come back here!

We had a great stay, the house is in a nice location with a great walk along the river nearby and a perfect park for little kids. Nella was a great host, easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect!

really lovely stay, super quiet & picturesque -backs straight onto a pine forest! my kids especially loved the hot tub. very comfortable and easy walk to town.

Such a fantastic spot! Checking in was a breeze, and the place feels so warm and cosy —a comfortable stay and I would stay there again!

The place was fantastic for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and having a balcony was nice too. The garage is a little awkward to get in and out of depending on your car, but otherwise the place is absolutely perfect.

We had a great time with plenty of room for 3 couples and little kids.. The outdoor area which opened up from the main living room made it very spacious when extra people visited. Overall a great stay!

Great place, very comfortable and quiet. Exactly as described and Andrea was great to deal with.

Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants & supermarket all within a few minutes walk. Apartment was tidy with basic items such as body wash, shampoo, tea & coffee. Staircase was a wild steep spiral staircase which was all good for us but would not be ideal for those with low mobility. Kitchen had all necessary items set up for cooking. Could do with new towels in bathrooms as they were white & had stains on them. Host communicated well, was very polite and gave clear instructions & was available to answer any questions :)

The space was lovely and cozy, the location was perfect for walking and exploring the neighbourhood. The design and curation of the entire Airbnb was on point. The only thing I would note would be that I wish the place was a bit bigger, that’s all. Besides that, perfect.
